That's my idea to get the engine out. But holding it down to get bolts off and torqued back on I'm not sure.
That's perfectly okay since no one listens to you, anyway......Knowing @Stonetree I'd say logarithmically

I never listen to what I say....so maybe I didn't say anything.....What....did you say something?
Almost all of them. The issue is the exhaust manifold. It has these bolts sticking out of the engine and is held down by nuts, and I can't get that off unless I unhook the last mount the engine is on (and everything else that's hooked up to it) and swing the engine out.Can you loosen the bolts while it is still in the car?

And then torquing some of the bolts down will be incomparably easier to do with the engine out.
Tried. Had the entire catalytic converter off.Can you disconnect the exhaust manifold from the exhaust pipe. And then just pull the head

Don't have to take the fender off, but bumper and part of the frame definitely does have to come off.Not recommending this, since I do not know the car. But on the old Renault LeCar you had to actually remove the fender to work on parts of the engine
If @Stonetree said something in a forest and no one was there to hear it, did he say anything?I never listen to what I say....so maybe I didn't say anything.....

None are so blind as those who will not see.....and the self important who offer judgement and not dialog.....Nope...and for that matter not even if there was anyone there to hear it
