When trying to buy a 1" thick disk of aluminum
in the 3" to 4" diameter range, it sure pays to
shop around. Midwest Steel Supply is the only
reasonable source I've found for my aluminum
& steel needs.

I finally decided to buy some cheap steel disks on ebay.
For non-custom items, this is usually the way to go.
But I've bought much from Midwest Steel supply.
Prices & their website navigation are excellent.

So, I noticed the last Random meaningless anouncement thread has been kinda broken with the numbers since a good while and I dont know if it is because of quantity of posts, so I decided to make a new one so maybe it wouldnt have such problem.

But it's one of the mild ones, ie, only 40kpsi
yield strength or thereabouts.
