Of all the dirty underhanded nasty things....... the discussion I just heard....... dang non state side of the office...... not directed at me...but one of their own.....sheesh...... I'd say I lost complete respect for the lot of them....if I had any left to lose

When it happened to me I'd mix a teaspoon of salt in warm water in a glass and breath/suck it up my nose then breath it out (no too deep, don't let the water go past your throat) .

I believe a neti pot is easier but i dont do easy ;-)

It is easier unless you drop the neti pot and it shatters all over the place. I have a plastic one now.
