Can anyone tell things have gotten better for me now that that micromanaging ***** is gone? The schedule and low height still suck, but it's been awhile since I've went into human goat mode.

And I have been working in Nod too much to ever be happy returning to Eden for good. I should be going on medical leave soon due to my shoulder taking a turn for the worst. But if I return or not is a very big question. I don't want a career working for someone else. I want to put my time into my businesses. I even have another shirt and poster to make.
Heres the rough paper draft of the shirt, witha gorier version being the poster.

Working the last few weeks with an office redesign and a move... they'd love to ignore me, but they can't. It is all about Macs and no one else knows anything about them...... came to the conclusion today that we have been working with someones "vision" of how it should be, not the reality of how it is, or has to be...... well..... time to bust their bubble...... nothing like a slap in the face with reality to wake someone up.....
We used to call it "where the rubber meets the clouds" because senior management did not realize that they were operating at a cloud layer now down to earth.

A bad boss can make a good job intolerable.
Yeah, there's still some serious issues, like how they can't talk things out like civilized people and thus I have to treat my height as a disability, but it's way better that I don't have to worry about some cheesey twat goo *****ing at me for helping a coworker who asked for help, or just doing my job and stepping to a different role to help the person doing that take care of a donor reaction or whatever. Independence Day this year was really all about me, so many things going right, including it being that *****s last day. She said bye to everyone but me. Which is fine by me because all I had for her was German profanity, but I've had no arguments at work since then, with my sense of professionalism being the only reason I backed off first (but only after I noticed people startingto stare).
It's gotten way more tolerable but what's next? Who is to fill her shoes? I've definitely had way worse than her, amd if I get stuck with another Sandy we'll probably both end up fired. Another Sabrina would be great, but there's a reason why 20 years later she's still the uncontested best manager I've had. She was a leader who took responsibility for her workers, cared about us and she had a few of us busting our asses hard without question or complaint for her. Leaders like her are rare, add in she wasn't prudish or uptight (life-minded is how I put it, lots of others called it trashy) and also the anti-thesis of corporate minded (enough that she too has problems for shattering the mold of what people are expected to be in Indiana) that there's probably only been a few managers as good as her.
She's so good she's the only one who's had me working hard for a manager and making her look good rather than just making myself look good.

It was on fire when I laid down on it.

LOL I know what you mean about a bad boss. I've had mostly great bosses but I've had a few bad ones along the way and wow, they can make a day drag.

I always get stuck working at places with high turnover rates. I have more than a few stories. Like the one who was so bad we were calling him Fat *** before any of us knew how corrupt he actually was (pinning thefts on disgruntled employees, blaming almost evert questionable policy on the chief executive). He loved blaming me for everything that got broke so much that even months after I was gone his fat *** plopped in a chair and broke it, like he did several others, he tried to blame me.for it.

I spoke too soon. These ******** are making my job unreasonably harder. Again. So **** them. They gave me a way to take it out on them and not the donors (don't look at the floor around the machines or the legs of the beds).
