Years ago, when Massachusetts first made right turn on red legal. Saugus Massachusetts spent a whole lot of money and put up no right on red signs at almost every single traffic light..... including a sign in a similar place as the one above..... it was at a traffic light, next to the river, at a T intersection..... Frankly Right turn on Green was not a good idea either..... unless you wanted to take your car for a swim
