I made barbecue chicken. It was excellent. Oh and mashed potatoes and.... hmmm... oh yeah... Brocolli. (The broccoli got cold before I ate it... sigh)

You have to save the Broccoli until the very end, I usually boil it half way done put it in a covered microwave safe dish with butter and seasoning then nuke it 5 minutes on high right before I eat, works with cauliflower to.
