The Supreme Court will decide if Donald Trump can be kept off 2024 presidential ballots

Arrogance and ignorance. Your error is clear to everyone else. You really should have asked. If you do not ask but only deny you are doing the same as admitting that you are wrong.

The beauty of having online discussions is that each person participating in it can ask what they are interested in asking about. Since I had no interest in asking what you wanted me to ask, it indicates that we have different interests.

Meanwhile were is my supposed strawman, or were you just parroting again? I already asked you once.

Another beauty of having online discussions is that each person participating in it can answer questions they believe deserve an answer.

That indicates that I was right. You parroted a term that you did not understand and when challenged ran away.

A simple "yes" would suffice.
Back to the topic, mmmkay?
No, a simple yes would be a falsehood. Quote mining is a form of lying. By your poor standards I can refute the Bible with a verse that you cannot refute:

There is no God. The Bible.

It is always better to debate honestly. Granted, your losses will be obvious even to you. But that is how you learn.

A simple "yes" would be a simple answer to a simple question. Do you see the error of your response now? (again, a simple "yes" will suffice)

The topic was you running away after posting a false claim about others. Would it be okay if I claimed that you were a child molester and then away from the false claim after I made it? Wouldn't an apology be the least that you would expect from me? Now what you did does not approach that in wrongness, but it still was wrong on your part to make false personal claims about others.

Oh my! Let me check on that....
"The Supreme Court will decide if Donald Trump can be kept off 2024 presidential ballots" (Thread title)

It would appear that you believe I am Donald Trump. I can assure you that I am not, although I wouldn't mind being him.
Not at all. But you do seem to be more than a bit like him. He cannot seem to follow a conversation now either.

Thank you!
But once again, I'm not the topic of this thread.

And TDS strikes again. Unfortunately for us the only "kangaroo court" as been the Supreme Court. Too many members will do anything to make sure that Trump is on the ballot. The ruling was unanimous, but the reasoning was different. The Trumpistas basically voted that part of the 14th Amendment out of the Constitution and that is not their job.

Indeed you are correct that TDS is in the house .. not so quiet as a mouse though I am afraid .. So what you want to tell us today is that it is SCOTUS that was the 3rd world Kangaroo court .. and that Colorado was in the right ... OK Then .. the partisan blindness coupled with the TDS infarction .... leads to a totality of up-side down hoop te who.. because all the who's down in whoville .. liked xmas alot .. but the Grinch .. who lived just north of who-ville .. Did NoT !!

You still need to work on those reasoning skills quite a bit. You do not even seem to know that a kangaroo court is.

Why do you use terms that you do not understand? And can you drop the use of false dichotomies? When you make false assumptions for the basis of your questions you make them not possible to respond to as asked.

Name calling and personal invective is not an argument for anything friend. Do you know what an argument is ? You claimed "False dichotomy" .. OK .. what was the false dichotomy ?

an argument consists of 2 things friend 1) statement of claim or premise 2) explanation or support or something that shows your claim is true.

For example Colorado ruling was a political kangaroo 3rd world clown show 2) As evidenced by the Unanimous ruling of SCOTUS ..

Now please seek to make valid arguments in the future.

Where did I use any name calling? And I used far less personal invective than you did. But as I pointed out to others you do have the right to know where you screwed up with a false dichotomy.

Here is it is:

" So what you want to tell us today is that it is SCOTUS that was the 3rd world Kangaroo court .. and that Colorado was in the right ..."

It is not just one or the other. Both could be wrong for their own reasons. In fact though the vote was unanimous the reason why was not. So it is clear that part of the Supreme Court was in the wrong with their reasoning. Second, you are the one that keeps demonstrating that you do not even know what a Kangaroo Court is. You have never been able to justify the misuse of that term of your. As to who has TDS, that is sadly for you rather obvious.

Do you not see how the USSC has been on Trump's side when it comes to delaying various charges to the point where they are unlikely to go to trial before the election? Trump has a history of being wrong almost all of the time when it comes to his various violations all though his life. His only way of winning has been to delay until the other side could no longer continue the trial. Those are his current tactics as well. He wants to get reelected since that will protect him legally for another four years. His attempts have nothing to do with making America a better place and never have been.

At this point, with all the accusations Trump has made, I think he is in violation of the sixth amendment.
