Deceived is probably a better description, as far a literalism I’m not sure where people get that? Do you understand when a person is communicating something literal or using a figure of speech?

You are 30 years old. Then, for you 29 years old is the past, and 40 years old is your future.

Well, in physics you are not 30 years old, applying physics you have orbited 30 times around the sun. Then, the time data "years" is just a word that have replaced the phrase "orbits made around the sun"

The physical reality is the 30 orbits around the sun, while the years are just an invented measure of each period of earth surrounding the sun. Then, time is nothing but a measure. By consequence, all your ideas about time are just erroneous.[/QUOTE]

No, the bible is only the claims. It is nothing else. If you want evidence you have to go outside of the Bible until you prove that the Bible is reliable and with all of the failures of the Bible when it is read literally that is not going to happen.

Is the Word of God a literal mirror, a literal sword. Do you literally pick up the shield of faith, do you put on the full armor of God by wearing body armor. Get a helmet, breastplate and wear that around? Do you know how to rightly divide the Word of God?

I do. That is because I know that it is not the "Word of God". You doom yourself to misinterpretation with that belief.
