Your ability to ad-hominem people instead of addressing the point is as solid as ever.

The text doesn't say that in my view, it says "the nations". Most people of the nations once you cut out totalitarian regimes are indifferent to delusional street preachers and wouldn't even bother sending them to a mental institution unless they were a source of demonstrable harm to others.
You are conveniently not mentioning the totalitarian regime the scripture says will be ruling the world at the time of Jesus's return.
The people will have had no choice but to make their choice before Christ ever gets here .

If your God were just surely it could isolate the regime leaders then let the people rule themselves democratically in my view, no need to replace one totalitarian regime with another (ie theocracy).

If they are clear as mud then there is no way of telling a true interpretation from that of an imposter in my view Tony. What kind of a God you worship that offers advice that is clear as mud then judges us for understanding it the wrong way.
The merit and bounty is in trying, there is no merit nor bounty in rubbishing God.

The Scripture says the majority (Democracy) will be only too delighted to follow after this world tyrant , especially with his program of ridding society of any remaining suspected Christians.
If you are going attempt to back what you are posting to scripture you should educate yourself better .

Meh, the scripture was written with a first century world view in mind where the world was more or less ruled by tyrants in my view.

Those who choose to apply such an outdated world view to today have to demonise the world to the point they have it backwards in my view. For them democracy is tyranny and being ruled with an iron scepter is freedom - that is how backwards and convoluted their worldview is.

There simply is no program of removing Christians in free countries, only attempts to educate them which certain of them appear to dislike greatly in my view.

Now that you are running away from what the scripture says the conditions on earth will be when Jesus comes, maybe you would like to educate yourself on the demonized world of today.
It is the direction the world is going that anyone can see.

The World Watch list 2024

The World Watch list is an annual report published by Open Doors, an NGO which supports Christians worldwide, and lists the fifty countries in which Christians face the “most extreme persecution”. A parliamentary launch for the latest report, which covers 2023, was held on 17 January 2024.
There is no internationally agreed definition of persecution. Open Doors’ methodology defines persecution as:
Any hostility experienced as a result of one’s identification with Christ. This can include hostile attitudes, words and actions towards Christians.
This broad definition includes (but is not limited to) restrictions, pressure, discrimination, opposition, disinformation, injustice, intimidation, mistreatment, marginalisation, oppression, intolerance, infringement, violation, ostracism, hostilities, harassment, abuse, violence, ethnic cleansing and genocide.
The report also assesses incidents of violence and acts affecting private, family, community, national and church life, and ranks each country based on the number and nature of reported incidents. The report for 2023 said that:
  • Around 365 million Christians are subject to “high levels of persecution and discrimination”. This compared to 340 million in 2021 (PDF).
  • 1 in 7 Christians are persecuted worldwide, including 1 in 5 in Africa and 1 in 7 in Asia. This compared to 1 in 8 worldwide in 2021 (PDF).
  • 4,998 Christians were killed for faith-related reasons. 90% of those killed were in Nigeria, where attacks on Christians have become more common since 2020 as part of a wider rise in political violence against civilians. Open Doors estimates the number of Christians killed for faith-related reasons worldwide was 5,621 in 2023, 5,898 in 2022, and 4,761 in 2021.
  • 14,766 Churches and Christian properties were attacked.
  • North Korea, Somalia, Libya, Eritrea, and Yemen had the highest rates of reported persecution against Christians.

.... and with backing the United Nations can be strengthened to surprisingly turn on the religious world
Jesus forewarned us that his followers would be hated - Matt. 10:22; 24:9 B
I suppose one could say that could include both Jesus' genuine followers and those proving false to him - Matt. 7:21-23

So from your report it looks like the usual suspects, none of the countries on your list were free and then suddenly chose to persecute Christians out of the blue in my view. Thanks for the education.

Please keep in mind the modern-day definition of theocracy is; rule by clergy or by clergy class
That is Not biblical theocracy, rather it is the God-ruled Kingdom government as found at Daniel 2:44; Daniel 7:13-14,18; Psalm 72:8,12-14
Jesus as King of God's Kingdom government will usher in global Peace on Earth among persons of goodwill - Matt. 25:31-34,37,40
The 'sword-like executional words' from Jesus' mouth will rid the Earth of wickedness - Isaiah 11:4; Rev. 19:14-15

To me the ' totalitarian regime ' of Scripture is what is said at 2nd Cor. 4:4 about Satan and also at Rev. 12:12,9
Sinner Satan is responsible for today's toxic 'air' , so to speak, - Ephesians 2:2 B

How exactly do you think that is going to happen?
I want to know how you think that will happen in your own words. I don't want more and more verses that you believe means that will happen.

For example, is Jesus just going to say something from heaven and then suddenly all the wicked people will be wicked no longer?

I believe we've been over this before, Hebrews 4:14 states;
'Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven,[f] Jesus the Son of God'
Source: Bible Gateway passage: Hebrews 4 - New International Version

Whether a high priest or a low priest rule by priest constitutes the definition of theocracy in my view.

And if it is an All Powerful God that is ruling it could safely isolate the wicked, no need to execute them in my view.

Theocracy = God Rule
However, the 'modern-day usage' is man's government by clergy or clergy class such as by the Ayatollah Khomeini
On the other hand, heavenly Jesus is King (Ruler) of God's Kingdom government - Daniel 2:44
Jesus governs from Heaven over Earth with joint heirs - Rev. 5:9-10
That is the 'biblical theocracy' that will bring Peace on Earth among persons of goodwill - Psalm 2
The ' sword-like executional words from Jesus' mouth' will rid the Earth of the wicked - Isaiah 11:3-4; Rev. 19:14-15
ALL the wicked will be ' destroyed forever ' - Psalms 92:7; 104:35; 145:20; Proverbs 2:22
Kind of like if your beautiful house became infested with rats would you get rid of your beautiful house, or rather just get rid of the rats_____
Remember : ALL who bring ruin to Earth will be ruined - Revelation 11:18 B

Are you comparing me to an All-powerful God lol? I can't conjure up a meadow or even so much as a cage let alone conjure the rats into said cage or meadow.

It is due to human impotence that we treat rats in a blood thirsty manner as that is the efficient way to prevent the spread of disease and prevent our food being stolen in my view, whereas for an All Powerful All knowing God the safe isolation of either rats or humans is easily accomplished by God's Word. No need for bloodthirsty measures when one is a God the way I see it.

I suppose calling an exterminator to get rid of a rat infestation in an expensive beautiful house could be called as being bloodthirsty
Buy as you say, that would prevent the spread of disease. Food would be being ruined
To me Isaiah 11:4 and Revelation 19:14-15 is Not being bloodthirsty but salvation (rescue / deliverance) for the beautiful house
Thus, the owners could once again enjoy their beautiful house feeling safe and secure

Or it could simply change their nature to be bush living herbivores or something like that, I mean if it can change the bloodthirsty nature of a lion such that it would lay down peacefully with the lamb as suggested by Isaiah it obviously need not be in the extermination business in my view.

Don't forget why Lions, etc. are the way they are today according to Genesis 9:2
Their present nature serves as a protection so they won't be destroyed or become extinct
Genesis: tame, Now: wild, Future: tame again -> Isaiah 65:25

It is blood thirsty when one doe not need to create rats in the first place.
In Eden, the first place, the created rats, etc. were tame
After the Flood - Genesis 9:2 - the fear of man kept animal life from becoming extinct or completely destroyed
In the future animal kind will be tame again - Isaiah 11:6-9
We are all invited to become part of that gentle future by asking God for Jesus to come ! - Rev. 22:2
