Ah, but you a fighting a lost cause. Trump correctly said that he could shoot someone right in the face and his supporters would still follow him, and let me add that they'd probably blame the man's face for getting in the way of a "2nd-Amendment bullet".Did you type this with a straight face? I heard him tell us lie after lie during the campaign and read them through his Twitter feed as well. Here are just ten from his Tweets as well as public statements:
- "The media ... sort of made it sound like I had a feud with the intelligence community."
- "Americans don't "care at all" about Donald Trump's tax returns."
- "Activities by foreign governments had "absolutely no effect on the outcome of this election."
- ]"If Russia, or some other entity, was hacking, why did the White House wait so long to act? Why did they only complain after Hillary lost?"
- "We had a massive landslide victory, as you know, in the Electoral College."
- Said there was "serious voter fraud" in Virginia, California and New Hampshire.
- "there are probably 2 million, it could be even 3 million criminal immigrants in the country illegally."
- ]"The @nytimes sent a letter to their subscribers apologizing for their BAD coverage of me."
- ]"Twitter, Google and Facebook are burying the FBI criminal investigation of Clinton. Very dishonest media!"
- ]"Wikileaks also shows how John Podesta rigged the polls by oversampling Democrats, a voter suppression technique."
This is less than 1% of the lies this man has told us just to get elected. Now he's lying and spinning through his Press Secretary. The man hates facts because they disagree with him consistently. He's a fraud. A huckster. A con artist. Anyone relying on him for the truth should have to wear "G" for gullible on their shirt.
You post facts, but his supporters don't want facts-- they want "alternative facts".
If the last several days has pointed anything out, one is that Trump has some very serious mental issues. I have a son who suffers from bipolar disorder and a granddaughter who suffers from mood disorder, and yet their issues seem far less severe than his, and I'm not saying this to be mean. If anyone here knows anyone personally who may suffer from a form of mental illness like these, they pretty much should see something in Trump that's very scary for this country in terms of what could happen.
Armchair diagnoses are always dangerous, but when I heard two psychologists state that they believe that Trump may suffer from narcissistic-personality disorder, I looked it up and have to agree that this is a possibility: Narcissistic personality disorder - Wikipedia
My concern above is especially pronounced now that he has the chance to use nukes, and on at least four different occasions that I'm aware of has asked that if we have them, why aren't we using them? If this doesn't scare anyone, then probably nothing will.
