He is proof that its Ok to be insane if you are wealthy, and I believe that is true in most places not just here. If he were poor nobody would have let him behave like he did. Because he is wealthy people assume wonderful things about him, such as he can't possibly be as awful as he seems.

For me it's the prosperity of the common man. The middle class.

Instead we now have 3rd world conditions thanks to this country's leadership.

That would likely be FDR through JFK, since that would mark the time of America's economic and geopolitical peak, and it was also when the standard of living for the common man increased by leaps and bounds. By LBJ, the cracks started to show.

Yet it was left to Biden to end the occupation of Afghanistan.
Trump promised to pull out, but didn't.
If you considered Biden's Afghanistan accomplishment you must be setting the bar very low.
Also do you think that if Trump had been reelected that he would have not pullled our troops out and at least listened to his military advisors

A few things I would say in support of his presidency:

He didn't launch aggressive invasions and destabilise entire geographical regions.

He probably did more to cool down the tensions between N and S Korea than any previous president.

He proposed nuking hurricanes, injecting UV light and said with a straight face that he knew a lot about every topic, probably more than anyone else. In short, funniest world leader ever...even if he didn't mean it.

Biden had the guts to do what Trump was afraid to do. Intelligence probably new that once our army was gone that the government in power quickly collapse, and it would not be pretty. You need to remember that Trump is a coward.

Well Trump is there, and won, because of the Democrats.

They definitly create their own monsters , so in that sense, they created the greatest president that scares them the most , and this election will further prove if Trump is actually their worse nightmare.

For me, Trump was most certainly the greatest stick of dynamite beyond my wildest dreams.
Do you think our democracy and liberty is a worthwhile sacrifice?

Sorry OP, gotta speak my piece.
It baffles me whenever I hear people claim that Trump is some genius playing "4D chess" . I've never witnessed him do or say anything that would suggest he possesses any intelligence or even self awareness. I've always thought he was a dopey ********* long before I had any inkling of his political leanings. No decorum or integrity. The fact that so many are willing to sacrifice law, liberty, and democracy for the sake of Trump worship has made me lose any faith and pride I had in this country.

When Trump first ran I thought that he was a joke and seriously argued that he was there only to make a mediocre group of candidates look good in comparison.

Well....

"The Trump administration in February 2020 negotiated a withdrawal agreement with the Taliban that excluded the Afghan government, freed 5,000 imprisoned Taliban soldiers and set a date certain of May 1, 2021, for the final withdrawal.

And the Trump administration kept to the pact, reducing U.S. troop levels from about 13,000 to 2,500, even though the Taliban continued to attack Afghan government forces and welcomed al-Qaeda terrorists into the Taliban leadership

Biden delayed the May 1 withdrawal date that he inherited. But ultimately his administration pushed ahead with a plan to withdraw by Aug. 31, despite obvious signs that the Taliban wasn’t complying with the agreement and had a stated goal to create an “Islamic government” in Afghanistan after the U.S. left, even if it meant it had to “continue our war to achieve our goal.”

Biden assured Americans last month that a Taliban takeover of Afghanistan was “not inevitable,” and denied that U.S. intelligence assessed that the Afghan government would likely collapse. But it did — and quickly."

At the time Biden pulled out, there were no predictions
that the Afghan government would immediately collapse.
(I verified that.)
In retrospect, we can see that staying another decade
very likely wouldn't prevent the same result. Why invest
another trillion dollars in a lost cause?

Biden ripped off the Band-Aid, after other Presidents
wouldn't. Obama & Trump both reneged on their
promises to exit, failing to clear even the lowest of bars.
So Kudos to Biden for doing what needed to be done.

Also do you think that if Trump had been reelected that he would have not pullled our troops out and at least listened to his military advisors
It's hard to predict. He had 4 years, & didn't withdraw.
But if he would've in a 2nd term, we couldn't expect a
different result.

Trump had 4 years to exit Afghanistan.

His promise reminds me of a famous movie star's memoir.
She had many husbands over her long career.
Her 1st was a farmer, whom she divorced cuz he worked all the time.
Her 2nd was a salesman, whom she divorced cuz he was away all the time.
Her 3rd was a politician, whom she divorced cuz he spent their entire
wedding nite telling her how great the sex was going to be.

We could say Obama had 8 years.

Its not something that could be done in a hurry.

An agreement wasn't negotiated until Feb 2020

So, the president who started an insurrection to take over the country whereas many innocent people were injured or killed trying to defend the Capitol is the greatest president ever??? I don't know whether to laugh or cry over this. :(

"The Trump administration in February 2020 negotiated a withdrawal agreement with the Taliban
This was only the 1st step in any potential
agreement....hardly a done deal.
Ref...
Besides, I don't believe for a second that
the Taliban & other groups would honor
any agreement with USA once it leaves.
The Taliban had the power to impose
whatever it wanted on the country.
