Perhaps it has escaped your genius that without democracy, liberals could never have power. Conservatives typically don't like the idea of anybody living the way they'd like, rather than the way Conservatives prescribe.

That is not how our forefathers saw it, which is why we have a multi party system, to prevent exactly that. What you are talking about is a mobocracy, a type of tyranny. Our forefathers designed our government as it is to counter that type of dangerous thinking.

According to the Constitution, only Congress can declare war.
Article 1, Sec. 8 (11) states, “Congress shall have the power . . . to declare war.” The president is commander-in-chief, but he must fulfill his responsibilities within the framework established by the Constitution and subject to the control of Congress.
You left out the poor, the disabled and the sick, he's at war with them too, which shows me he's the one most in danger of going to hell.
