Updated version of why I don't accept Bahai Faith.

Gay Bahais cannot marry. That is prejudice.

"... marriage between a man and a woman is the only form of sexual relationship permitted for Baháʼís... Baháʼí practices exclude ... homosexual intimacy."

- Baháʼí views on homosexuality - Wikipedia

"Prejudice is an unreasonable dislike of a particular group of people or things, or a preference for one group of people or things over another."

That's only a law that only applies to Baha'is. We do not try to impose that on anyone else. It does not qualify as prejudice, in my opinion. I do not prefer straight people to gay people. In fact I am married to a gay woman. I regularly watch the Rachel Maddow show, and really like her show. Rachel Maddow and Fareed Zakaria host the only cable news and opinion shows I watch regularly. She is a homosexual and no doubt has homosexual relations with her partner, Susan. I don't care a whit. It's none of business.

The law does favor different sex marriages. The Baha'i law also frowns upon sex before marriage. That's just the way it is. Your view of these is different, but please don't have prejudice towards us because of this.

Can't wait to hear the answer.
In 2010 @InvestigateTruth said this about Rumi.

"The Baha'i scriptures has likened the Manifestations of God as the Sun, as the Source of light, which are the major prophets, such as Moses, Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Muhammad, The Bab and Baha'u'llah.

There are also other Minor prophets, which are likened to the moon, as they get their light of knowledge from the Manifestation (the Sun). Example; Aaron.

There are also stars, that while, the Sun and the Moon may not be in the world, God raise them to be the light of guidance. In this view, I think of Rumi as a star."

The key here is it is a Law of God and not a predudice of those that wish to follow those laws.

Now, if you wish to call God Predudiced for giving such a law, then that accusation is applicable to all Faiths and all Scriptures in all of history and in the future to come.

The desire to submit to God's Will is not a prejudice, it is not individually motivated by unreasonable dislikes or preferences, it has the motivation of the good of the whole of humanity in mind.

Your god needs to make their mind up.

"Church of England priests will be permitted to bless the civil marriages of same-sex couples in a profound shift in the church’s stance on homosexuality after a historic vote by its governing body."

The Bible is of God, not Church of England priests minds.

One needs to listen to God Laws and not the preferences of Men. The Bible is clear on these issues, as is the Torah, as is the Quran as are other religions that were given by God, not man.

So do you think the Church of England is in error?

Interview with the Bishop of Liverpool...

“The fact is that … increasingly in the area of racial justice and disability justice, and overwhelmingly in this area of sexuality, as well of course as in the area of secrecy and abuse, the arc of the moral universe keeps on bending towards justice."

...some within the C of E saw discrimination on the basis of sexuality as acceptable...

"The world beyond the church has set the moral agenda, ... who see no difference between attending the marriage of their gay or their straight friends or work colleagues, find the community of faith to be wanting and indeed increasingly offensive. Nowhere is that more true than in the area of human sexuality,”

"I am glad to be able to speak wholeheartedly for a vision of Christian community that does not stink of oppression or hypocrisy in the nostrils of the world.”

Equality campaigners in the C of E say that LGBT+ Christians have been made to feel unwelcome. Some have undergone conversion practices, including prayers to “deliver” them from their sexuality, which in some cases have led to breakdowns or suicidal feelings.

The word in the Bible is the standard. God is the judge of those standards.

We all have a rational mind to decide these matters for our own selves. In doing this, we are instructed to be concerned about the plank in our own eye before worrying about the splinters in other eyes.

The Laws of many countries, for hundreds of years were based on those God given Biblical instructions, those instructions have not changed, so by who's authority have men now changed the standard, if not their own authority?

You'd have to ask the church leaders such as the bishop quoted in post 327.

People who wish to have a homosexual lifestyle and things such as same sex marriage should not become Baha’is as we have a different set of moral laws which do not support these things. Becoming a Baha’i is completely voluntary and a choice so one should not join the Faith if they do not agree with its laws. Only those who fully agree with the laws of Baha’u’llah should consider joining.

What if a person is gay and wants to a Bahai?

If they believe that the law is is from God, I imagine they would join and try their best to remain celibate or marry a person of the opposite sex and remain faithful to that person they marry. It is difficult, I admit for many.

Seriously?
My wife Sara did. She genuinely loves me. No sexual attraction on her part, but love is not sex. We've been married for over 41 years. We still love each other today. Probably this doesn't happen that often, but I wouldn't know.

Some additional reasons. Seemingly (not sure, it's just @InvestigateTruth saying it so far), they don't believe in hell and heaven as real end rewards or punishments from God for the life of this world but it's metaphor in some way for faith and disbelief in this world.

Also, they don't believe in miracles performed by Musa (a) and others in Quran, to be real, but metaphors.

The problem: it's impossible for God to say certain things by the way the play with language, which, makes Quran a difficult book to understand and not the easy clear reminder it claims to be.
