I have no expectations, so I guess its all good.
51st state? I would say 51 to 60 would make more sense.

We could even let them use their province names as state names.
But I'd allow some changes:
- Yukon to East Alaska
- Saskatchewan to Sasquatchistan
- Newfoundland to Newfistan
- Quebec to North Frogland (Louisiana might become South Frogland some day.)
- Manitoba to Even Norther Dakota

Alberta is Texas North already. We'd have to change BC, because you guys still hate the British, and that name would never do. California North maybe. The three smaller Maritime provinces could go as one ... Newva Scotia Brunswick Plus an Island
