Coooool. At your house or theirs?
Both, I bought a house and am sharing the mortgage with my son. So my grand kids live with me.
It's very hard for the um "next generation" to get into their first house, so this was how I helped them.

Coooool. At your house or theirs?
Scrummy!!!
That's not natural.Oddly enough, I don't normally take pictures of the animals living in my house. My children do, but I don't.
Mine are okay being brushed but only for so long and once they get matted that is a different story. Then I need help because someone needs to restrain the cat. My late husband used to do that but now I need to hire someone. My last cat (who finally was put down because she was suffering heart-failure at 17 years old) used to love being brushed -- but only for so long. A moment longer, and I was likely to get a good swat or even a bite. And then, an hour later, she'd come back, present the other side, and invite me to begin again.
Cats really do rule, you know. If you're going to have them, you just have to learn to obey.
Of women?Let's see.
My wife is out of town at her sister' birthday party. She took the dog, so the house is rather empty.
I have a female friend coming in tomorrow and we are planning to spend the night together tomorrow night (yes, my wife is aware).
I have some grading to do.

Ah yes, furnace. I had forgotten what the American for boiler was.I appreciate your opinion but I am now well past mixing up my need for someone to look after the house from my wish for a romantic partner. I am beginning to sort out what I need and what I want in a man. I don't want a romantic partner unless I fall in love again, and meanwhile, if I need work done on the house or in the yard I can hire someone to do the work. Now, if I just happened to fall in love with a handyman/landscaper I could avoid hiring out the work, but I know the chances of that happening are slim to none.
I am different from you that way. I never force myself to do things I am not comfortable doing, not unless it really needs to be done. Besides that, I have higher priorities right now. I am still dealing with hospital bills for my late husband and a tenant who has not paid his rent.
This house could use a lot of work, but one of my rental houses is in need of work so that is a higher priority. Last spring the HVAC man told me that I need a new furnace, but the rental has needed a new furnace for years and it has to come before my furnace. I still have a furnace that works but the rental house has no furnace at all, only baseboard heat upstairs and a wood stove downstairs. That is legal for a rental but that tenant has waited a long time for a furnace. On the other hand, he has been way behind on the rent for most of this time so I was not obligated to replace the furnace.
OH! I didn't recognize him from the posterior. The Lord High Moonbear.
I was always careful that matting never happened. I admit that it was easier for me, because my cats (I've had about 12 over the past 50 years) have always been pretty much indoor. I let them out, but never free beyond the yard. That makes life a lot easier.Mine are okay being brushed but only for so long and once they get matted that is a different story. Then I need help because someone needs to restrain the cat. My late husband used to do that but now I need to hire someone.
LOL! She is, too!Scrummy!!!

How bad is it? Do you think you could lose power?
Well... integration is kinda sexy. You get to figure out what's happening under the curve...No. Calculus.

Same here. It's not storming currently, but there's been a lot of wind and water all day long. Last year we had several power outages from wind. Good luck.Could be, we're also expecting moderate to strong winds - argh.
I can see I still have a lot to learn... learning is fun thoThere is also differentiation and separating variables. But be careful of the initial conditions.
That's not natural.
You know what these scientist-types are like, drooling over clothes shop adverts and suchlike.
