What are you eating?

Eating spinach and carrot salad with sesame crackers and bacon bits, and penne pasta with parmesan and melted pepper jack cheese and broccoli and carrots... and hot sauce!

Canned beans with maple syrup and deep fried bannock, with carrot and spinach salad. :D

And then Mandarin orange pieces and an apple for dessert. :D

Meatloaf is great, you can add so many flavors. i like that idea, the ranch, i'll have to try that next time

You want to try different things with meatloaf? Try using different salad dressings for moistness instead of an egg. And Stove Top stuffing makes for an awesome cracker/bread substitute. Use different flavors of Stove Top to coordinate with the dressings and you'll have very moist and flavorful meatloaf...no ketchup or gravy required. In fact...I take gravy or ketchup as an insult. :p I actually don't make meatloafs that often anymore. I've taken to using my method for meatloafs to make, what I call, "stuffed patties" and cook them up like hamburgers. Melt some cheeses on the top of them and serve them up as burgers. Absolutely delicious.

got a quick snack here that's one of my favorites. simple too.
sharp white cheddar cheese on a saltine cracker, piled up a little with canned tuna, doused liberally with texas pete hot sauce... I eat this on a regular basis, my snack of choice...

Veggie instant noodles, with some leftover cream of broccoli soup from Subway (more cream than broccoli... my heart hurts!), and a mug of coffee. :D
