For dinner I served mussels marinara, with homemade gluten-free baked garlic bread for dipping, and a salad with olive oil and vinegar, along with red wine.

A bit of vanilla ice-cream and dried apricots for dessert.

Today's dinner was Thai vegetable red curry served over jasmine rice, and then awkwardly paired with red wine because we had to finish the bottle from yesterday.

Took off from work today for a three day weekend (woo!), so for lunch I cooked some Alaskan flounder with coconut oil and pepper, along with baked potatoes and salads.

Dinner was vegetable stir fry over rice.

In half an hour, spicy lentil soup, scotch egg and tomato salad, and bread pudding. Does anyone outside the UK know the delights of bread pudding?
