What are you eating?

Had a ready meal today, I admit, it was quite tasty. Vegetarian sweet potato falafels with couscous, veggies, fruits and a little yogurt to top it.

This to be more precise.

Wife made home-made naan half whole-wheat with a sprinkling of zaatar on top.

A little dry, but could be the whole-wheat combined with that its our first time having it.

Do they have zaatar in wherever naan comes from?

Can't brain. Has dumb.
I slow-cooked some beef cheeks today, with spuds, celeriac, mushrooms, carrots and more. It's been cooking for 6 hours, and I can't wait to get home

Having cauliflower risotto with a nice salad, the latter with olive oil, wine vinegar, and tomatoes. Betcha couldn't guess that my wife is from Sicily.

I haven't really actually been hungry today. Probably not good recovering from surgery, but I just don't really feel like eating.
