Lunch: quinoa stuffed pepper; green salad with cukes, 2m8tos, chick peas, olives, blue cheese; rice pudding.
Tonight: maybe a spicy lentil, rice, spinach combo I made; or veggie "chicken" parm (Boca Burger chicken knock-off), pasta with cannellini beans and escarole.
