I presume you do not know that the second largest religion in Canada (the United Church of Canada) is fully accepting of LGBTQ people, and is happy to perform marriage ceremonies between same-sex couples. But that is a fact. Many other religions are also very accepting, and among those that aren't yet, the change is happening fairly rapidly. This includes the Anglican (Episcopal).

Even Pope Francis I said publicly "who am I to judge?"

I am sycretic and mix religions. But one religion I picked beliefs from is Rökkatru. Granted there is no agreement on what is believed about lgbt folk but many in the religion worship Loki and Lokaens are known to be accepting of gay and trans folk and some even feel it's a spiritual gift. I even use gender bending as a way to worship Loki. After all he did birth and fathered children and is associated with social outcasts.

Well...he dresses in an extravagant way and paints his own nails.

But as far as I know...he has a pretty girlfriend and I guess theirs is not a platonic relationship.
I really don't understand why a heterosexual male who has sex with a heterosexual woman, should be considered LGBT.

You cherry pick beliefs that fit you, because you cannot conform to a single Religion.

We obviously not as I am Buddhist, if you are however claiming to be a Christian and you alter the rules leaving out parts of the Bible, you are not a person of the Book in any way.
Just discard the Bible you have disrespected and write your own.
