Feature 9 - Faith won't benefit on day of judgment for disbelievers

قُلْ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ لَا يَنْفَعُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِيمَانُهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنْظَرُونَ | Say, ‘On the day of judgement their [newly found] faith will not avail those who disbelieved, nor will they be granted any respite.’ | As-Sajda : 29

Feature 10 - People will be risen from the graves and testify to the sent ones speaking truth

قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا مَنْ بَعَثَنَا مِنْ مَرْقَدِنَا ۜ ۗ هَٰذَا مَا وَعَدَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ وَصَدَقَ الْمُرْسَلُونَ | They will say, ‘Woe to us! Who raised us from our place of sleep/rest?’ ‘This is what the All-beneficent had promised, and the apostles had spoken the truth!’ | Yaseen : 52

Feature 11 - Everyone will be gathered

إِنْ كَانَتْ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً فَإِذَا هُمْ جَمِيعٌ لَدَيْنَا مُحْضَرُونَ | It will be but a single Cry, and, behold, they will all be presented before Us! | Yaseen : 53

Feature 12 - Every soul will plead for itself

يَوْمَ تَأْتِي كُلُّ نَفْسٍ تُجَادِلُ عَنْ نَفْسِهَا وَتُوَفَّىٰ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَا عَمِلَتْ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ | The day [will come] when every soul will come pleading for itself and every soul will be recompensed fully for what it has done, and they will not be wronged. | An-Nahl : 111

The first thing that should be understood, is, "Day" in this verse is not a literal 24 hr day. It is a Day of God. It is a period of time or Dispensation of the Qaim. During this Day, which we are now in it, the above verse is being fulfilled.

"This judgment of God, as viewed by those who have recognized Bahá’u’lláh as His Mouthpiece and His greatest Messenger on earth, is both a retributory calamity and an act of holy and supreme discipline. It is at once a visitation from God and a cleansing process for all mankind. Its fires punish the perversity of the human race, and weld its component parts into one organic, indivisible, world-embracing community. Mankind, in these fateful years, which at once signalize the passing of the first century of the Bahá’í Era and proclaim the opening of a new one, is, as ordained by Him Who is both the Judge and the Redeemer of the human race, being simultaneously called upon to give account of its past actions, and is being purged and prepared for its future mission. It can neither escape the responsibilities of the past, nor shirk those of the future. God, the Vigilant, the Just, the Loving, the All-Wise Ordainer, can, in this supreme Dispensation, neither allow the sins of an unregenerate humanity, whether of omission or of commission, to go unpunished, nor will He be willing to abandon His children to their fate, and refuse them that culminating and blissful stage in their long, their slow and painful evolution throughout the ages, which is at once their inalienable right and their true destiny."

Single Cry, or The Trumpet Call, as even your Imams have said, signifies Call of The Qaim to mankind. The Awakening or Resurrection of the Dead, is purely spiritual. It denote a spiritual awakening of believers of the new Cause of the Qaim, and also Awakening the infidels, those who oppose the Qaim or His mission. All of these events are written in Mutishabihat Language. I tried to point out many times, that the verses of day of resurrection, requires TAWEEL تاويل.
Taweel, is symbolic interpretation of the prophecies. The best way to understand Taweel, is to see examples in Surrah of Joseph.
The Problem Muslims have been facing with regards to understanding Day of Resurrection, is, they read and understand it literally. This is because most of them follow Ulama.
As most of the Ulama failed to correctly understand the meaning of Day of judgment, their followers likewise are having problem. This is understandable though, but what is not understandable is, why the Muslims insist to just follow whatever their Ulama have told them. It is, as if they have been taking Ulama, as their god. Similar to people of the Book. They trust Ulama over revealed words of God!

Your interpretation is against the flow and context. It's also makes no sense.

This has nothing to do with Uluma being followed. It's a clear interpretation and does not need Uluma to teach it.

وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُهُمْ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ نَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا أَيْنَ شُرَكَاؤُكُمُ الَّذِينَ كُنْتُمْ تَزْعُمُونَ | On the day when We gather them all together, We shall say to those who ascribed partners [to Allah] ‘Where are your partners that you used to claim?’ | Al-An'aam : 22

When the Hour overtakes them suddenly, they will say, ‘Alas for us, for what we neglected in it!’ And they will bear their burdens on their backs. Look! Evil is what they bear! | Al-An'aam : 31

You see how clear it is? Yes, you do. But you rather stick to your religion though it has no proof and has been disproven.

Your interpretation is against the flow and context. It's also makes no sense.

The reason that my interpretation seems strange to you, is because, you, from beginning have heard the interpretation of Ulama who think and spoke like Khomeini, whereas, if you try deleting the stuff you heard or leaned from such Ulama, and instead start learning interpretation directly from your infallible Imams, you will also reach to the conclusion that, the Baha'i Faith is indeed exaclty what the Infallible Imams had predicted.
Now, consider and think about the following words from Imam Baqir, as recorded in Bihar Alanwar, Vol 52:

It is narrated from Abu Basir from Imam Muhammad Baqir (a.s.) that he said in a lengthy tradition:

".... Allah has informed us of the length of the day of Resurrection. It will be like a thousand years in your reckoning.”

This is what Baha'i Faith said, that, we are living during the Day of Resurrection. Day of Resurrection is not like a literal 24 hours day, that for example all the sudden stars fall, and the world ends. No! These have meanings. By falling stars, is meant, spiritual downfall of the Ulama in this Age. Ulama were likened to stars in this case, and their fall, denotes that, in the site of God, they are fallen. So, understanding the Hadithes requires, knowing the Taweel of the Symbols.

This means, when on the Day of Resurrection, which started by Manifestation of the Bab and Baha'u'llah (two Apostles) are sent, the human and Jiins are reminded that, God just as had said before in the Qur'an, He will send Apostles to them on the Judgement Day, yet, they will deny it by their action and thus, they will testify that, they are disbelievers, even they claim they are believers! This is happening now! Consider how many are testifying against themselves by disbelief in the new Faith. This testifying as described in the Quran, is metaphorical and allusion. The reason is, the Quran did not want these signs to be clear to everyone before according to the wisdom of God, so that mankind may be tested by God.

And By jinns, is not meant some strange species. This is again another symbol. Jinns, are made of fire, which denotes they are fanatical religious people. For this reason, such extreamist, fanatical religious people are said, they are made of Fire, because fire denoted of a personality which is like fire. But the Mullas have told that, the Jinns are other species according to their own imagination, and people of Islam, just believed whatever they were told, until such understanding became so widespread that, when the Qaim comes and tells them of their misunderstandings, they will fight agains the Qaim, by interpreting the Quran according to their own imagination.

You see how clear it is? Yes, you do. But you rather stick to your religion though it has no proof and has been disproven.

One of the names of Day of Resurrection is, Day of Regret to denote that, how the majority of mankind fail to recognize the Manifestation of God, on the Day of Resurrection.
The above verses, are happening now if you look.

For example in verse 31

"They are certainly losers who deny the encounter with Allah. When the Hour overtakes them suddenly, they will say, ‘Alas for us, for what we neglected in it!’ And they will bear their burdens on their backs. Look! Evil is what they bear! | Al-An'aam ": 31

Encounter or Meeting with God, is recognizing the Qaim, the Imam of the Time (امام عصر) . If you read Hadithes of Imams carefully, you would see that is also what they have said!
Do you imagine you can see God? Does God have a form or is a visible thing? The term "hour" can also mean the hour of death. When they die, their soul becomes aware of their neglect to know God.

And in verse 29 it says:

"They say, ‘There is nothing but our life of this world, and we shall not be resurrected.’ "| Al-An'aam : 29

This verse is being fulfilled now as was fulfilled in the past as well. They insist not to be resurrected or they shall not be resurrected. Comsider, Resurrection in the language of Qura, is spiritual awakening through the new Revelation.
When they reject the Revelations of God, or they reject future Revelations, this is equivalent to say, we shall not be resurrected.

When The new verses revealed by Baha'u'llah to resurrect and revive manking from spiritual death, and they insist to reject them, it means, they say, we shall not be resurrected.

But you are reading this verses, if disbelievers reject Physical Resurrection. No, many disbelievers believe and had believed in Resurrection! Even Jews or Christians, who rejected Muhammad, believed in physical resurrection and Judgement Day. In fact, there were even older religions before Jews who believed in Resurrection of Dead. What people generally deny and have been denying, is Spiritual Resurrection, which is nothing but Manifestations of God, His Messengers and Prophets. The Quran is concerned with this. Hope that explanation helps a little.

Again, they imagine this verse is talking about people who lived 5000 years ago, and then resurrected, and will be paid according to their deeds.
But this is only a literal reading, and apparent understanding.

Your Infallible Imams had said that, "Day of Resurrection" is the Day of Rise of the Qaim. Didn't you see so many Hadithes? Did you think those are false and fake Hadithes? Why?
Now, seeing this verse through the interpretation of the infallible Imams, it says, when the Qaim rises, every people, depending on how they response to the call of the Qaim, will be compensated, or rewarded. And they will be treated or judged fairly by God, according to the new Laws reveal through the Manifestation of the Qaim. They shall not be wronged.

According to your infallible Imams, this verse is about the Qaim. When the Qaim comes, your belief in Islam, and following the Laws of Quran will not benefit you anymore, because, the Qaim comes with a new Book, new Laws and ordinances. The new Faith must be followed to benefit from it. It is like when grade 12 ends, we go you university. If we keep reading the books of same grade 12, there is no more benefit in them.

It is like the time of Manifestation of Muhammad. Before Muhammad, believing in Jesus and following Him was beneficial, but once Muhammad came, which was also a Day of Resurrection, believing in Jesus and following Jesus was not beneficial, because at that time, believing in Muhammad is the new Requirement set by God. This verse is pointing the same concept again. As The Qaim comes with a new Book, and bring a new Faith, the older Faith (Quranic Law) is not beneficial any longer.
I had quoted Hadithes that explicitly said this, and supported by verses of the Quran. Hope this was a good reminder. If you dont remember the Hadith and verses, let me know, i quote for you from your own sources (the Quran, and Bihar alanwar).

Where does the verse say that. It says it won't benefit them if they didn't have faith before that or did good in their faith.

I understand it metaphorical words.
As we have already seen, according to many Hadithes, Day of Resurrection is, the Day of Manifestation of the Qaim.
Seeing it in this light, therefore everyone's belief or disbelief is tested by their belief or disbelief in the Qaim at the time of His Manifestation.
Meaning, if a man says, i believe in God, Muhammad and the Quran, but he does not recognize the Qaim when He is manifested, His belief is not accepted, and will be counted as a disbeliever. Thus, their very own response to the call of the Qaim, is, in the sight of God, testimony of their their disbelief against themselves!

This is expressed metaphorically as "their skin and body parts testifies against themselves", because even if they claim and consider themselves as believers in God and Quran, but they have rejected the Qaim with all their beings, this is a testimony to their disbelief in the sight of God.

Now consider this verse:

"....The Day that some of the Signs of your Lord do come, no good will it do to a person to believe then, if he believed not before, nor earned good through his Faith...." (6:158).

For someone who have already believed that there will be a literal end of the world, at the first glance, it seems this verse is saying, once the signs of the End comes, there is no beneft to believe anymore, because it it the end of the world, and it is just time for judgment, right?
Wrong!

Because according to the Imams, this verse is about Manifestation of the Qaim:

It is recorded in Bihar, that Imam Ali and Imam Sadiq said this verse denotes the advent of the awaited Qaim from us.

Now, let's think. How come, after Manifestation of the Qaim, there is no benefit for anyone to believe in Islam?

The answer is, because the Qaim comes with a new Revelation that supersedes Islam. He comes with a new Law from God, therefore the old Laws of Islam, is abrogated!

Consider, the Jews. When Jesus came, whoever believed in Jesus and followed His Injil, was considered a believer, and his deed was counted as good deeds in the sight of God. But once Muhammad came, believing and following Jesus, was not counted as a true belief, because at that time, belief in Muhammad was the touchstone of true belief.

It is recorded in Bihar, that Imam Ali and Imam Sadiq said this verse denotes the advent of the awaited Qaim from us.

Here I quote the Two Hadithes for you:

Now, explain, why, when the Qaim comes,
"no good will it do to a person to believe then, if he believed not before, nor earned good through his Faith"??

Just use your imagination, that there are many disbelievers and all the sudden the Qaim rised. If at the time of the rise of the Qaim, the disbelievers start believing in the Qur'an, it does not have any benefit for the disbelievers, as this is what can be seen from the verse of the Quran, and interpretation of the verse by the Infallible Imams. But why? How does that make sense?
If as most Muslims think that the Qaim or Mahdi comes to teach the true Islam, which is same Islam that Muhammad brought, then how come the verse says, there is no benefit to believe anymore, if they did not believe before?
I can answer these questions by quoting verses of the Quran, that answer this question. I am not looking for a made-up answer. I am asking an explanation which is backed up by the Quran and Hadithes.

This has nothing to do with what I learned from Khomeini (q). I knew this interpretation clearly by Quran itself.

I should make a thread about Angels and Jinn, this is another reason why Bahai Faith fails.

I like to use Bahais as proof of how people can be very insincere to the Quran. The Sunnis play games with words of the Messenger (s) and deny what clear words mean. They do same with Quranic appointment of the Imams (a).

What learned is that Quran is the best guidance but not for everyone. Not for those who deceive themselves and try to impose their views on it and are arrogant towards it's clear words.

I use to have a hard time understanding how people can believe in Quran and yet believe Imams (a) are gods, but I see now, people can play sophistry and be very insincere to the words of God and twist left right and center what God is saying.

. No, many disbelievers believe and had believed in Resurrection!
Per Quran anyone who fears God will enter paradise. Jews, Christians, and all Muslims CLAIM to fear God, yet claims is different then reality. Per Quran we can deceive ourselves about believing and fearing God. No one who truly believes in the day of judgment and heaven and hell (the last day outcome), does not fear God.

If anyone truly believes in God and the last day, they will be guided to the path. Per Quran, anyone who believes in God, God guides their heart.

This is different then telling ourselves we believe in God while actions and our attitude proves the opposite.
