I don't take media claims as facts.
Give me exemples of people killed because of these reasons in each of these countries you input, then. we will talk.

I just verify/check Tunisia,it's could be some of others too.

Well this is some serious evasiveness.

Mauritania: Article 308 of the 1983 Criminal Code, "Any adult Muslim man who commits an impudent or unnatural with an individual of his sex will face the penalty of death by public stoning."

Iran: Article 233- Livat is defined as penetration of a man’s sex organ (penis), up to the point of circumcision, into another male person’s anus.

Article 234- The hadd punishment for livat shall be the death penalty for the insertive/active party if he has committed livat by using force, coercion, or in cases where he meets the conditions for ihsan; otherwise, he shall be sentenced to one hundred lashes. The hadd punishment for the receptive/passive party, in any case (whether or not he meets the conditions for ihsan) shall be the death penalty.

Brunei: Brunei Adopts Penal Code Provision Calling for Death by Stoning for Same-Sex Acts

Yemen: Article 264. Homosexuality between men is defined as penetration into the anus. Unmarried men shall be punished with 100 lashes of the whip or a maximum of one year of imprisonment, married men with death by stoning.

That should do for starters.

Muslims are majority in Algeria and Morocco.
So Algeria and Morocco and most of Arabic world used sharia law.

The only country where non-Muslims are not majority but used sharia law is UAE.

Yeah, who disagreed?

Although actually Islam is the majority in the UAE, even when the 80% of the country who are denied citizenship and kept as a menial worker caste are included.

Eye for eye tooth for tooth is not to be construed as retaliation. It is equal and exact justice. To take 2 teeth for 1 tooth is itself a crime. To take a hand for a dollar is a travesty.

No it is know by this name and has been for centuries.

Shariah law does NOT believe in literal eye for eye justice. They believe in a hand for a dollar justice. Are you slow any kind of way?

A man that was blinded in an acid attack in Iran. As punishment for attacker was blinded by drops of acid in his eyes. So now that I have shown your claim to be fiction do you have another fake point to bring up? Or will you actually bring facts to the discussion?

Eye for an eye: Iran blinds acid attacker

Muslims don't understand eye for eye justice like Judaism does. The phrase existed in the Torah many many years before Islam even existed.

Maybe in that one case they got it right, but to cut off someone's hand for stealing a dollar is not dollar for dollar justice, but rather hand for dollar.

You have any more anecdotal evidence?

I admit that the Latin phrase meaning eye for eye, lex talionus literally means laws of retaliation. However, many many years before this, the concept was in the Torah. For some odd reason, the manner in which gentiles understand this results in absurdity. Like taking 2 or more teeth for only one and chopping off hands for only a dollar. The manner Jews understand it, it is the most gentle humane justice ever conceived.

All I needed to do was find one cause which refuted your universal claim, nothing more.

You have any more anecdotal evidence?

That isn't anecdotal. You can look up Iranian sources themselves. See I did research which makes it not anecdotal while you make a claim based on nothing, which makes your point anecdotal at best. Do you even know what the word anecdotal means in regards to evidence?

So you ignore the actual law codes of the countries I'm talking about as being unreliable? Man, I don't know if any information you don't wanna hear is ever gonna get into your head.

We're discussing the established legal systems of sharia, not how effectively they're enacted.

This thread is about Sharia not the Torah. The Quran follows the system I am talking about as Muhammad had no clue the system was seen differently in the Torah and Talmud.

Again this thread is about Sharia not Judaism.

Some years ago, I was feloniously assaulted. A man broke some bones in my face and I had to drop out of my college classes to recuperate in a nursing home.

I told the judge, "Lex Talionus! This man doesn't need to go to prison, instead he needs to pay me for my lost time." judgment for me in amount of $721.50. Putting him in prison he would have suffered for his crime without actually paying for it. Eye for eye, tooth for tooth.

Thank you for remarking that Jews and Muslims don't see eye to eye on this.

Off-topic

I just wanted to stay on the Sharia topic. I am aware of the changes regarding the idea of eye for an eye as many religious leaders within Judaism saw such acts as inhumane when taken to extremes. This I believe in large in part to the difference in the relationship between humans and God in the Judaeo-Christian tradition based on "Made in God's image" than the Islamic one Individualism vs collectivism. The difference is evident by the laws used by these different groups.

Is this what women want?

The Freethinker - The voice of atheism since 1881 » Sharia courts pose a growing threat to women’s rights

Haitham al-Haddad is a British Sharia court judge, and sits on the board of advisors for the Islamic Sharia Council. Regarding the handling of domestic violence cases, he stated in an interview: “A man should not be questioned why he hit his wife, because this is something between them. Leave them alone. They can sort their matters among themselves.”

In Islam hijab is compulsory and any woman who denies the ruling of hijab is disobeying her Lord and is rebelling against the Islamic law.

Where is the feminist voice when it is needed?

People are missing a key point. These nations with outrageous crime rates are corrupt from the top levels of government. Replacing the justice system does not solve the corruption from this level. It only provides another tool for a corrupt government. Corruption and justice are incomparable. It does not matter the justice system you use as none solve the core issues.
