White Privilege is a Politically Motivated Lie

We have heard about white privilege for quite a while now in our media, from political pundits etc. and rightly or wrongly I assume that this false concept is also taught in some or many colleges as fact, but is it real? I am of the mind to say that no, white privilege does not exist in the United States nor have I ever come across any white people that have ever experienced any perks of simply being white. Quite honestly, I wouldn't mind nor have any quilt if having some white privilege meant:
Free gas, tires, and oil changes for life
Free Movie passes and no entry fees for museums, sporting events, and concerts
Me and my party get to the front of the queue while waiting in line at restaurants- no lines or waiting for this YT
A free pass on Traffic Tickets and very light sentences for any crimes I might commit
An extra deduction on my taxes JUST FOR BEING WHITE
and these are just a few examples.
Below is an interesting and entertaining video of a small group of whites and blacks explaining white privilege, what it means to them, and how it has benefited or harmed them personally.

Nice straw men! I see you have destroyed the entire concept of white privilege with the reasoning of a six year old.

I am of the mind to say that no, white privilege does not exist in the United States nor have I ever come across any white people that have ever experienced any perks of simply being white.

'White privilege' is not that white people get perks, it is that they avoid the discrimination that ethnic minorities can often face.

Terming the avoidance of harms as 'privilege' though is stupid as it distorts the problem and is divisive as it creates a system where people inherit guilt purely by accident of birth and non-white people are automatically 'victims' regardless of whether or not they are 'privileged' by numerous other potential metrics.

I even remember seeing a (non-ironic) article called 'straight black men are the white people of black people' which is getting a little bit absurd.

Discrimination should indeed be challenged, and those discriminated against should be empowered, but assigning collective guilt is not the most functional strategy in this regard.

For example...in the UK Cof E have 20 unelected Bishops in our Parliament. So, if you are a Muslim, Jew or non-believer you have 20 less representatives.

But if wrongful discrimination is the problem, then they can only blame perpetrators.
The big advantage of decrying "white privilege" is that even innocent white folk are
subject to this veiled accusation of racism. Good works do not exempt one from it.

The question is....what good does it serve?
1) It could raise consciousness of us white folk, who (so we're told) just cannot understand
the black perspective, thereby inviting self-criticism, & growth beyond the plight of being white.
2) It helps those who see black folk as universal victims reinforce this world view, ie, all
blacks are victims, & all whites are perps. Of course, opinions vary about whether this is "good".

I don't know where Asians fit into this picture. A minority which is commonly perceived
as successful, even relative to whites? Perhaps this is too complex for anyone to address.

But this ostensibly all encompassing privilege just doesn't apply to
all in the group. So to make it about the entire group is at best a
mistaken stretch because it ignores individuals & variations.

The fact that you are not directly answering the question points to affirm you are white. Which explains why you don't think it exists, you are a beneficiary and you have never seen the other side of the coin. Basically discrediting your entire position since it is based on anecdotes alone.

Answer me this, do you think it is O.K. to generalize people because of the colour of their skin, biological sex, and where they live geographically? that sounds like bigotry and racism to me.
