So Americans are not Christians?
and... with only 5% of the worlds population!
Revolutionary new ideas are only successful (or) are always successful with a "minority" that's how you know someone has it right.

So Americans are not Christians?
Lol...This is true. All mixed.Got me man... there are christian Americans, there's tons of Churches and Mosques and Temples in my area.
Americans are a nation of immigrants, a lot of the younger generation you can look at them and some of them are a product of a new race entirely.
I have no labels for anyone anymore, that is unless they decide to label themselves.
America is making new species (race) of humans.
*everyone is a mutt in the melting pot
Lol...This is true.All mixed.
Jesus is Not God according to Revelation 3:14 but rather the pre-human Jesus is the beginning of the creation by God.
Sinless Jesus could pay for our sins because Jesus was without sin.
If we could stop sinning we would Not die. Because of father Adam we can't stop sinning and we die.
We can Not resurrect oneself or another, so we need someone who can resurrect us. Jesus can and will.- Rev. 1:18
It's the wide road to DESTRUCTION, Not biblical hell.- Matthew chapter 7
The narrow road leads to: everlasting life. <- Does Not say heaven.
The meek are promised everlasting life on Earth - Psalm 37 vs 11,29
What is the definition of the lake of fire according to Rev. 20 vs 13,14 but defined as: second death.
Adam, nor us, were created immortal. Adam was a sinner and the sinning soul dies according to Ezekiel 18 vs 4,20
Souls can also be destroyed according to Acts 3:23
Adam had No pre-human life. Adam went from non-life, to life, then back to non-life
Adam had No postmortem penalty. Adam simply ' returned ' to the dust of the earth were Adam started - Genesis 3:19
A person can Not return to a place he never was before.
Well we really only have god's side of the story now don't we? Have you ever stopped to consider satan's side of the story? What juicy details did Jesus leave out ?
Jesus talked about humble people inheriting the earth forever as does Psalm 37 vs 11,29
Jesus resurrected people back to healthy life on earth. Jesus resurrected No one to heaven.
Those earthly resurrections were a small preview of what Jesus will be doing in the future on a grand-global scale over earth.
Christendom ( so-called Christian ' in name only ' ) turned the attention away from earth and places all righteous ones in heaven.
They flipped what Jesus was detailing for eternal life on a material earth to the invisible heavens.
God calls only some of Jesus followers to heavenly life to be joint-heirs with Christ, but the majority of mankind will live forever on earth starting with Jesus' coming 1000-year kingdom ruler over earth, or over earthly subjects of God's kingdom government - Psalm 72:8
Well we really only have god's side of the story now don't we? Have you ever stopped to consider satan's side of the story?
How is it you fathom so much of the unfathomable God?
Regards
DL
How did Jesus fathom so much about his God ?
1st Corinthians 2:16 mentions we can know the mind of Christ. - Romans 15:5
The fathomable mind of Christ is found in the pages of Scripture. Jesus explained Scripture for us.
Since Scripture is Not written ABC like a dictionary, we can access Scripture teachings by topic or subject arrangement.
The Scriptures have parallel or corresponding cross-reference verses or passages as a comprehensive concordance shows us.
Jesus said the pray for help from his God's spirit at Luke 11:13 B
Jesus believed Holy Scripture is religious truth - John 17:17
Acts 17:11 shows people searched or researched the Scriptures daily to see if what they were hearing was really found in Scripture.
Acts 8 vs 30-35 shows how one person who followed Jesus helped another gain spiritual insight.
- Regards in return
How can anyone fathom the unfathomable?
Quoting your book of myths does not answer the question.
How can you know anything about what your own book says is un-knowable?

That is an interesting point in and of itself. An atheist professor named Antony Flew concluded that: " There are evils in abundance which could Not be put down to a consequence of human sin. " Don't most people want peace?_____ If that is so, then shouldn't there be more peace in the world?_____
Both of these are accounts from Eve who screwed up and blamed Satan. Not satan's side of the storyDon't we see Satan's side of the story when he lies to Eve that she would Not die ?_____ - Genesis 3:4
Besides Eve, Satan used Judas Iscariot, false religious leaders, etc. - John 8:44
How do we know god is the creator? I heard an interesting theological theory that god was simply the first created and claimed power rather than being ultimate.Except for God everyone else in heaven and on earth is a creation, Not a Creator.
As an inventor would best know how his invention works, then our Creator would know what is best for us.
God as our Teacher says His teachings are best. Satan as a student says he knows better than God.
How do we know all of the evil in the world isn't god's doing? And Satan makes a good scapegoat? You've heard the expression ' give a person enough rope and he can hang himself '
By God Not destroying Satan right away is as if God allowed Satan to have enough ' rope ', or have the classroom blackboard.
It is as if Satan, as the student, was handed the chalk and allowed to teach us how to solve mankind's problems.
Allowed everyone in heaven and on earth see just how good a job Satan could do in governing mankind.
Perhaps Satan thought if all humans would worship him then God would Not destroy him. Obey sin and have Satan as god.
World history, and the restless world scene today, shows Satan' side of the story.
Shows what Satan can do without God involving Himself into Satan's affairs over earth.
Mankind will Not see divine involvement in man's affairs until the soon coming ' time of separation ' on earth - Matthew 25 vs31,32.
Please read previous post # 367
Doesn't an English teacher use English books to teach English
Doesn't a Math teacher use Math books to teach Math
Doesn't a Science teacher use Science books to teach Science
So, why wouldn't a Bible teacher use the 66 Bible books to teach the Bible ?
We are Not the Creator. We can't even create a universe, so why should we be expected to know everything?
What is recorded in Scripture is the knowledge we need to live forever on earth.
In the coming ' time of separation ' - Matthew 25 vs 31,32 - the sheep and goats are judged on the basis of how they treated Jesus spiritual ' brothers ' - Matthew 25:40 as to whether who will survive the coming great tribulation of Rev. 7:14.
Survive right into the start of Jesus' 1000-year kingdom rule over earth and continue to live forever on earth as Psalm 37 vs 11,29 mentions.
How can you fathom what your own bible says is unfathomable?

Mostly this is just fun talk as I would like to remind you I don't actually believe in either god or Satan.
In this case it means that he was imperfect just as humans were imperfect. Humans lie, humans do all sorts of evil things in the eyes of god. But we are judged differently. And again the scriptural point of view is from gods point of view. There is no scripture written from Satan's point of view.According to Scripture it was Satan who told the first lie, the first sin. That was Not God's doing but free-willed Satan.
God can't force us to obey Him because God gifted all of us with free-will choices.
By turning Eve away from obeying God's Law then Satan was calling into question God's right to require obedience from mankind.
Satan was then also calling into question the loyalty of intelligent creation.
This is only the recent interpretation of this text. Job from the original Jewish understanding is that there is no vile evil satan. Satan means "one who opposes". In the Jewish understanding he was the devil's advocate. His function was much like that of a prosecution lawyer. He did attack and test people but only at the will of god. God acts through his angels a LOT in the old testament. Another good example is the angel of death in the story of the escape from Egypt. Was it not evil to go through and murder children? Not in the eyes of god and neither was the angel evil for doing so.What was Satan's side in the case study of Job as recorded in Job chapters one and two ?
Satan's objective is to turn everyone away from God.
Satan's tactic has been ' rule or ruin '
Satan did Not like that God was doing nice things for Job.
Take the nice things away, Satan says, and Job would abandon God.
By way of extension - Job 2:4,5 - Satan answers God that all that " a " man has he will give for his life.
By saying " a " man involves all of us. No one would prove faithful to God under adverse conditions. Jesus and Job proved faithful.
A creator can be created by another creator. Just as a mother who gives birth was birthed herself. If it is a cyclical cycle then it goes on forever with no beginning or end. There are all kinds of logical and philisophical loopholes to the claim that a creator cannot be created. Mainly because there is another concept in the same breath that states all things are created. How do we know they were created? Because they exist and all things that exist need a creator. But god exists......but he doesn't need a creator because he is the creator.A creator can Not be created or would Not be a creator.
Just like an inventor is the inventor and not an invention.
According to Isaiah 40:26 it was God who supplied the needed strength and ' power ' to create the material world.
I am new to this thread so I imagine someone has already pointed this out but we do not 'know' anything about alleged persons Adam or eve. And I don't beleive in satan or the devil. We know who caused Adam and Eve rebelled....the question about Who caused Satan to rebel is rather ignored or silent.
Yet there is much hype about the activity of Satan. It is true all power is in God, there is no power with out God.
The idea of Satan rebelling and being cast down, and now taking the position as an opposition against God is absurd. The question arises, can anyone or anything stand before the almighty.
It is my theory that the Satan and his angels are all part of Gods complete design, plan and purpose. Satan is playing his role in Gods plan and purpose.
The problem God has, is not with the role of Satan but the disobedient role of mankind.
Exactly, We have so much to thank or rather blame on Milton and Dante about all this. I would think that a thorough reading of either author would teach that point to even the most staunch of Christians.Bible Student has already pointed out that Isaiah 14 was not referring to any fallen angel or whatever. Christians made that up centuries after the fact and it is mostly coming from Paradise Lost and not anything the Bible says.
Why? This up is religious debate. I can think of no better place for this.Think it should be moved to the religious discussion forum
Such a statement screams that you have no credible counter argument. You become defensive and resort to veiled accusations of inability to understand your POV.You speak of things you have no concept of.
3 pages into a debate and you think it pointless. I guess your faith is as tenuous as your posts and just as incorrect IMO.Oh I do,I just know it will have no effect on one who refuses to acknowledge truth.
By the way... You are my 1,000 customer!! Congratulations!!!!!! Yay!!! 1,000th post!:clap:yes:: hamster : Lol....
