Why are there still Monkeys?

Does it make sense to you that this huge universe started with zero volume and infinite density.

How is that related to quantum physics and how it make sense to you that the micro-world (singularity) have been converted and expanded the a macro-world (cosmos)

Wait...
Before we get to chasing this rabbit down the pigeon hole...

WHO, other than yourself, have made the claim that "this huge universe started with zero volume and infinite density"?

It is a property of certain types of matter, as i said to you it is as silly as saying what the cause that makes metals to be a good conductors.

Buddy, you asked for examples - I politely gave them. If you really think that you can dismiss it by simple saying that it is 'silly', you need to think harder.

I didn't ask for a philosophical answer.

Just a simple answer,do 0 + 0 = 1 or nil + nil = 1, yes or no
This is math and not philosophy.

I didn't mention God but just a simple logic that we all understand.

Oh, I think I understand it just fine. That is why I don't value it.

zero volume and infinite density makes sense to you.

How is that ?

Do you find it rational that a zero volume can have an infinite density ?
Yep. If something has a volume of zero but a finite mass, its density is infinity. x/0 = infinity when x is anything greater than 0. It's basic maths.

You're doing a lot of question dodging. I'll ask again: do you now understand that cause and effect isn't necessarily Universal?

My son (who is studying at Berkeley by the way :)) told me yesterday that black holes by definition have no volume. All that mass is "sucked" in and the black hole does not occupy space. It's gravitation force does, but not the actual "hole". (Something like that. His girlfriend is studying quantum mechanics, so this is like third hand info. LOL!)

And how the mass of the whole universe is condensed in a volume of zero.

Does it make sense to you that the whole universe equal a point of zero.

Sure it makes sense. You believe in a magical Wizard in the sky who appears out of nowhere from nothing, creates the universe from nothing and watches over us - so forget about trying to defeat cosmology with claims of 'does it make sense?'.

Yes, it does. If the universe expanded out from a single point, it makes sense that that point would have, at some point, been incredibly dense and have a total volume of zero - like a black hole.

And, once again, you have not answered my question: Do you or do you not now accept that cause and effect may not be Universal?

Are you finally going to answer this question, or am I going to have to answer another five or six of yours before you can even answer a single one of mine?

You would do very well to take your own advice. So far, I've not seen you change your beliefs once when presented with facts that refute them. Your belief about cause and effect being one.

To you it is XYZ, but it is inevitable as deep as you go then there should be something to start it, i believe that it started by the creator and you believe that it started by something which you don't know what it is.

We do not know for a fact that existence can't simply "be", without any need or room for a Creator.

Contemplating such a hypothesis may be unconfortable for some, but it is not like there is a more convincing or more reasonable alternative. It is true enough that you are not alone in believing in a Creator God, but really, all that means is that there are people who like to believe in a Creator God.

Barring some sort of divine manifestation to bear witness to his deeds, I don't think it can ever be anything more than that.

Singularity make sense due to observation but does it make sense to your mind that a zero volume contain the whole mass of our universe

Causality makes sense to me in the macroworld.

Are you finally going to answer this question, or am I going to have to answer another five or six of yours before you can even answer a single one of mine?

Yes you have already answered, the singularity is a natural thing that you easily understand, the whole mass of the universe was in a point of a volume of zero and it makes sense to you.

You would do very well to take your own advice. So far, I've not seen you change your beliefs once when presented with facts that refute them. Your belief about cause and effect being one.

Yes cause and effect makes sense to me and i believe about singularity to be true while it doesn't make sense to me.

Yes. Why?

Causality makes sense to me in the macroworld.
That's not an answer to my question. Do you or do you not now understand the causality cannot be applied to the quantum world? Do you understand now that cause and effect may not be UNIVERSAL?

Stop dodging the question.

Creation was a quantum level event?
Since the matter of the universe was condensed to such a degree that it existed in a quantum superstate, yes.

And even so...that we have not seen the cause doesn't mean there isn't one.
I never said that, or anything so childishly simplistic.

What started god? When you can answer that, at least you will have some sort of point.

I do hold that the universe was 'something else' at the point of singularity.
It was neither substance or matter as we now know them.

Hence the word ....void....in Genesis.

And as children we enter the kingdom...so I've heard.

Why are there still monkeys?

Because the age of Man is soon to pass.
Then what?...'planet of the apes'......?
