That depends on whether they fall in line with your definitions, not whether they are intellectually honest.No, an intellectually honest atheist will admit that some nebulous vague god-concept could possibly exist maybe. Then they'll admit that there is no reason to believe that such a thing exists, just like there is no reason to believe that leprechauns exist, and so consider him/herself an atheist since he/she lacks the belief that a god exists. Then admitting that it's impossible to know with certainty whether or not a god exists, he/she will also consider him/herself an agnostic as well as an atheist.
