That's lovely and utopian and all that jazz but people gather and form communities and have a moral responsibility to care about their neighbor. Maybe you don't, but most people understand that some laws have to be put in place for good reason. No matter how blue in the face you get with "I don't care". Norms are formed on "I don't cares" and "I do care" whether you are aware of it or not.

People are free to care about all sorts of things. That's their choice. I have no moral obligation to care about anyone other than me, family and friends.
But hey, thanks for proving my point by trying to force your morality on me.
That's the problem: people like you saying everyone else should live up to your morals about life. No matter how blue in the face you get, you can't force your morality on others.
That's self righteousness to the highest degree.
