Oh ok I see. I haven't actually been inside a Gurdawara but I intend on going this weekend actually. I'll be sure to look around and see if I spot anything. But still, I'm sure they love us just as much as we love them.
‘Aaha’ ‘Balam’ .....jai jai Narasimha , he is tenderly destroying Hranyakashipu, do you see Pralada at his knee ?
he resides here at Ahobilam ,Andhra Pradesh .
it is said that ''In Krita Yuga, Lord Shiva performed pooja here and praised Narasimha as the Supreme Being reciting the Mantra Raja Mrutha Stotram. ... In Treta Yuga, in search of Sita, Rama visited this place and worshipped Ahobila Narasimha singing praise to the Lord reciting the Narasimha Pancha Mrutha Stotram, ....
In Dwapara Yuga, the Pandavas reached Ahobila kshetram and sought the blessings of Narasimha. ''

jai jai , is this the saint Turkuram ?
I thought so too, but it was actually a link and upon clicking it said "Jnaneshwar". I think one of the devotees in the front is Jnaneshwar and another one (with the Turban) is tukaram.
Sant Jnaneshwar was born over seven hundred years ago in the village of Alandi, on the banks of the Indrayani river. The son of a sannyasi, he was shunned by the local Brahmins. It is said that Jnaneshwar won the right to investiture with the sacred thread by making a water buffalo recite the Vedas.
At the age of twenty-one, Jnaneshwar spontaneously dictated the Bhavartha Dipika, the first ever vernacular commentary on the Bhagavad Gita. This scintillating feat, uniting the Yogas of Devotion and Knowledge, earned the young Sant enduring fame.
He is widely revered as an incarnation of Krishna. At the age of twenty-two, he was entombed in a state of deep meditation known as jivan samadhi. Centuries later, Sant Eknath entered the tomb and saw a radiant youth seated in meditation.
Jnaneshwar is still believed to be alive, anchoring his light body as a crystal of enlightened energy radiating from Alandi to the entire world.

I visited a gurdwara here and was so kindly shown around and invited to come back on a service day which I would love to do , and one day will . there area many sikhs here in the larger towns in england but no gurdwars in the country where I live so it is a long jorney or I would have returnrd sooner , I was very impressed with the temple it was beautifull , to me when I see dharmic faith comunities here that are so strong , all I can do is offer my deepest respect , and from what I have read of the guru granth sahib ji I can see nothing that is not compatable with either vaishnavism or buddhism , a sikh merely installs the guru granth sahib ji in his temple and serves it as we would the deity form .from what I see sikhs also seem to have equal respect for hinduism and buddhism so I am sure the love is most definatly there .
I hope you have a good visit and hope you come away with the blessing of the darshan of guru granth sahib ji and hope you will be able to understand the shabads , from what I can understand they are utterly beautifull :namaste
:namaste: Rati ji
nice to read abt your visit and thanx for your lovely words .
kindly let me say, its encouraged among Sikhs not to take Guru Granth Sahib as diety ,instead to Contemplate on the Word/shabad of Guru Granth Sahib ji .
