Writer claims Trump raped her

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
Not really.

She can go to the police and file a report for a crime 30 years old.

They can question Trump about it.

But without evidence it's just her words vs his. I can tell you with 100% confidence that's as far as the law can do without evidence.
And who can remember accurate details from something 30 years ago?

Oh, you...

Didn't actually listen to that tape yourself, did you?

I asked you for a tape where Trump admitted to raping a woman in a dressing room. You object because the words 'dressing room' weren't used?

How about the words 'rape,' or 'I had sex,' or something like that?

YOU give us a tape of him using vulgar language and 'admitting' that when a woman said "no," he respected it. It was a story about how he FAILED to 'get' the woman he's talking about, and how her 'no' meant 'no' to him.

That is the precise opposite of an admission that he had raped someone. It's an admission that he FAILED, and did NOT have sex with someone because she said 'no.' Frankly, that tape was a classic case of 'sour grapes' and someone 'getting even' by insulting his 'target' for saying no. That tape shows Trump as a sleaze and a boor, but it absolutely clears him of rape.

I suggest, most sincerely, that you listen to that tape again. Several times, perhaps, until you understand what the words 'fail,' and 'no,' mean.

Where is it?

I just want to thank you guys for proving my point.

...and I'll bet you just about anything that none of 'em would represent this woman, unless she guaranteed the thousand dollar billable hours, and even then they'd hesitate.

And I don't gamble.
And why do you bet that way? Why wouldn’t they represent her? Are you aware most plaintiffs’ attorneys take these on contingency? Billable hours are irrelevant.

Yes, it does. That is beyond stupid.

You really think that is a valid defence?

“Your honour, my client is innocent of these rape charges because he was only part way inside her”

Do you have any idea how stupid and offensive you sound.

Please let's agree to disagree what constitutes rape.

Imo, if there weren't either any DNA evidence left in her from somebody else and if she weren't bleeding profusely out of her you know what, then she didn't get raped.

Apparently you’ve never heard of civil claims. Abuse cases alleging misconduct that is decades old get filed every day. Some go to trial.

Big ole whoop.

It's nothing but a political stunt to begin with.

Only the 2 directly involved to be honest. Any possible 3rd party witnesses you can pretty much count out. Which boils it back down to he said/she said.

Why is a third party witness less credible than the two parties?

You should be banned for such a comment. Disgusting.

Please let's agree to disagree about what's disgusting. Imo, a false accusation of rape is disgusting. Whereas, you evidently will believe any allegation of rape where there's no physical evidence the accuser has been raped. Imo, baseless accusations are disgusting.

From where do you get such a nonsensical notion?

Condoms prevent semen from being left in a woman.
Rape does not necessarily cause bleeding in an adult woman any more than consensual sex does.

You've got to be kidding ...How many rapists use a condom?

What point?

YOU claimed to provide a tape of Trump admitting to rape.

You didn't. You provided a tape of Trump being a sleazeball, but...frustratingly enough for you and those who want to nail him with this latest thing, it proved that he did NOT rape. Quite the opposite; he respected the word 'no.'

He was being a sleaze because the woman said no, and he didn't like it. His attitude and words said he didn't like it...but they ALSO said that he paid attention to it.

YOU claimed to provide a tape of Trump admitting to rape.
In fact what I claimed is that there is a tape of Trump admitting to “doing this”

If we had tape of Donald Trump admitting to doing this it would not matter to his supporters.

I know this because we do have tape of Donald Trump admitting to doing this and it does not matter to his supporters.

In context “this” obviously refers to grabbing a woman by the *****. Trump admitting on this tape to doing exactly what this woman claimed he did.

And as I predicted this does not seem to matter to his supporters.

That would be worse, for her. I can't even imagine someone taking THAT case 'on contingency."
