Not sure whether to rate the painting based on the quality of painting itself, which is very good, or the ideas within, which are terrible.

From a Christian perspective, I don't think Jesus would be endorsing the American constitution anyway, seeing as it is in essence a nation born from the sin of rebelling against the original civil authorities (Romans 13:1-2), the British.

BTW, the book the professor is holding is The Origin of Species by Darwin. And the book the college student is holding is The Five Thousand Year Leap. A book asserting the United States prospered because it was established on Common Law and traditional Judeo-Christian morality.
