Cephus, if you got yourself a medical book, and gave your opinion about it, but you were not a doctor, and you did not practice any of the teachings in the medical book...why would any doctor want your opinion?

I can read Dianetics, not be a Scientologist and not practice any of the nonsense within, yet still give a valid evaluation of the content. Whether or not Scientologists want to hear what I'm saying has no bearing on whether or not what I'm saying is factually true.

Yes

Oh how I love the Word of God!
Your scriptures don't mention my Gods. Where do you get the idea that they lived lives just as bad or worse than the worse humans?
My scriptures tell me what the worship of other gods are.

Which of your gods would you like to discuss?

Yes

Just like your beliefs about the scriptures are worthless. Knowing what the Bible says means more than just mindlessly following the teachings you like.
What you said does not make sense. The Bible says that understanding is given to those who obey the teachings of Christ. That means you will get understanding after you obey.

Does the Dianectics book say you have to obey to understand?

It's been a long time since I've read anything by L. Ron Hubbard so I can't say I remember. But such a belief is utter BS, you don't have to obey anything to understand it, this is just your attempt to employ a little "no true Christian" fallacy.

Just listen to what you say. You are the one giving "BS".

The Holy Bible SAYS you will get understanding after you obey the teachings.

And I obeyed the teachings and didn't get the "understanding" you claim. So you're still wrong, no matter how many times you repeat it.

Start with Thor, what about him is/was as bad or worse than the worse humans?
Thor is a husband to Sif, and has a lover to jotunn Jarnsaxa. Thor fathered children.

Jesus Christ did not come to have a wife and lover, and he did not bear earthly children.

I did ask a specific question, and you refuse to answer.

And I'm not going to detail the whole of the Bible. As I said, if you want a specific answer on a specific teaching, ask. Otherwise, admit you're wrong.

I did not ask you to detail the whole Bible. You claiming I did exposes you.

No, you asked what I believed out of the Bible, which is a very large book with lots of things that I believed. I am not going to go through the entire Bible, book by book, chapter by chapter, and pick, out which things I believed and which things I didn't. As I said, if you have anything in particular you're curious about, ask. If you're not going to ask, I'll assume you're just a kook.

I do not want you to and I did not ask you to.

I think you just described yourself, for you believe you heard something from me but have not.
