"Make Rape Legal" Men's Group Plans Events in 43 Countries for Saturday

MLM = men who love men WLW = women who love women When they say avoid relationships with women, do they just mean commitment or sex and commitment? I'm all for men not having sex with women, however the comparision is still not apt.

"Make Rape Legal" Men's Group Plans Events in 43 Countries for Saturday

Obviously not. 1)MGTW believe they are oppressed by women 2) apparenty they don't promote MLM and I suspect it's due to homophobia 3) I just read on wiki that some promote marrying Asian women as they are more submissive, is this true?

    Why "Feminist" and Not "Egalitarian"?

I think what most folks around here don't seem to understand is that a large portion of feminist theory and history is centred around female liberation from patriarchy and not equality of the sexes. Although equality is part of it, the context is female centred. Feminism and Womanism are two of...

"Make Rape Legal" Men's Group Plans Events in 43 Countries for Saturday

Political "lesbianism" in theory wasn't about promoting hate for men but in actuality it was the promotion of women loving women, strengthening self love and healing. Take for instance Audre Lorde's definition of being a lesbian: "Strongly woman-identified women where love between women is open...

    "Some Feminists are Man-Haters"

I think what people do not seem to grasp is what seems to be the same, is not always equal. Hating your oppressor is different from receiving hate from the oppressor. The second wave understood this. The 3rd wave seems to be entertaining these ridic conversations with men about "misandry."

    "The Loneliest Years"

Yes, but it was more than not being understood, it was very manipluative and emotionally abusive. In two of my relationships I felt like I was more generous and understanding of their faults than they were of mine. First one lasted 9 yrs and last one 5 months (I've progressed a lot in cutting...

    "Some Feminists are Man-Haters"

Let's see... if my female feminist friend tells me her male partner raped her in her sleep and then proceeds with "I hate men" is that her feminism talking? If my female non-feminist friend tells me her male partner raped her in her sleep and then proceeds with "I hate men" Where is that coming...

STRAIGHT WOMEN: Would you date and/or have sex with a female to male transsexual?

The brain differences in fetal development sounds interesting. Some of the rest can clearly be effected by socialisation. Like girls are apparently out performing boys at school and yet we are worse at math so...I don't know.

STRAIGHT WOMEN: Would you date and/or have sex with a female to male transsexual?

I'm not really aware of the differences a part from the fact that testosterone plays a role in aggression, although I'm not sure to what extent and that brain structure can alter during social development outside the womb. So I really don't know what a feminine brain is in particular.

STRAIGHT WOMEN: Would you date and/or have sex with a female to male transsexual?

I don't like the idea of using a woman as an experiment, especially if she's bi or lesbian and can fall in love with me. I think if she's aware of my sexuality and it happens it happens, if it doesn't it doesn't.

STRAIGHT WOMEN: Would you date and/or have sex with a female to male transsexual?

Yes, but I'm not completely straight. I'm curious about women but I'm not sure if it's enough to consider myself bisexual.

    Hollywood Myths about Love...

This one goes far back before Hollywood and can be found in fairtales such as beauty and the beast. If you love an abuser enough, your love will eventually transform them.

Once a cheater always a cheater

But if you already have a mutal agreement to be sexually exclusive, are you saying the hurt isn't valid? Also people do use cheating or the threat of cheating as a form of abuse. I changed my view on sexual exclusively and thought the same way you do. But now that I've been on the receiving end...
