Let's see if we can define 'Islamophobia'.

Conquests beyond Arabia didn't occur until after Mohamed's death, but the gist of what he said is true. Once ground has been consecrated for islam, they think it's theirs forever.

Let's see if we can define 'Islamophobia'.

    Yes. On .... The .... Topic .... Of .... The .... Thread.

Let's see if we can define 'Islamophobia'.

Correct, as did when you said, "So you want different standards applied to you and yours." That is a strawgiant. You barge into a thread and immediately change the subject, and then demand that you non sequitur be addressed. Yeah, good luck with that in someone else's threads. You're not...

Let's see if we can define 'Islamophobia'.

That's absurd. If that were true, then the entire Qur'an would be referring to no living person after a couple of generations. The general, all-encompassing nature of 9:111 is the bleedin' obvious.

Let's see if we can define 'Islamophobia'.

Correct. Mohamed was on a campaign of conquest of the Arabian Peninsula. He attacked and conquered many a tribe/village/city. Are you Dervish? I can't imagine spinning like that without getting dizzy. It was the Muslims who began the fight. Had they not started attacking Mecca's caravans...

Let's see if we can define 'Islamophobia'.

I just read the Ibn Kathir tafsir. It clearly confirms what I'm saying. How does it not?

Let's see if we can define 'Islamophobia'.

Please show me how. It's really quite straightforward. A bargain requires both parties to uphold some sort of condition, and both sides are very clearly defined.

Let's see if we can define 'Islamophobia'.

The Qur'an negatively "targets expressions of 'Kafirness'" several hundred times. When accomodation is demanded, it's always a one-way street.

Let's see if we can define 'Islamophobia'.

It's a direct quote from the Qur'an, so by definition it is talking to "all Musims both then and now". That is EXACTLY what the Qur'an is meant for.

If I say anything demonstrably untrue, please inform me.

Quran has 102 errors and contradictions in it, do you want to see them.

Fascinating. Does that still hold when someone uses 6,236 out of 6,236 examples to form a conclusion?

Quran has 102 errors and contradictions in it, do you want to see them.

We care when following what a holy book commands leads to hatred, death, destruction, and war. Otherwise, I wouldn't give two ****s what they say. And when those who do accept them as holding irrefutable truth follow that 'truth' and kill people.

    @Argentbear @InChrist TAKE ... IT ... ELSEWHERE.

Let's see if we can define 'Islamophobia'.

Strawman. Off-topic. Stupid deflection. Opps, that's three strikes.

Let's see if we can define 'Islamophobia'.

All of the usual deflections, especially whataboutism, will be ignored.

Quran has 102 errors and contradictions in it, do you want to see them.

Here's another question for you: If the Qur'an is meant for Islamic scholars only to understand, why did Mohamed recite it to the general public?

Quran has 102 errors and contradictions in it, do you want to see them.

Is "The most wicked creatures in the sight of God are the unbelievers" supposed to be read in iambic pentameter? There is nothing even remotely poetic about the Qur'an.

Quran has 102 errors and contradictions in it, do you want to see them.

No it musn't. There are many dozens of English interpretations online that can be checked against each other for consistency. Also, very many of those interpretations are done by scholars who are fluent in both languages. It's disingenuous to say that only Arabic speakers can know the Qur'an...
