Godzilla (the '98 version) was the first monster movie i watched, and i loved it. I still enjoy it to this day, though mostly because its nostalgic and fun to poke at. Me and my sisters incessantly quote it :D
Spiderman 2 is also a movie i adore and enjoyed watching.
How i see it is that anything eternal is spiritual in nature, and anything temporary is material in nature. Great beauty can exist in the material world, but due to its transitory nature it can produce negative feelings of loss and attatchment. I do agree that beauty should not be shunned...
Not all theists have problems with evolution and the big bang. But some theists unfortunately do post such threads. In my opinion these people don't want to be convinced and don't want to understand since it contradicts their worldview of things.
I always sleep with my blinds open (the house next to mine is still being built) so i get to see the lovely night sky with its stars. They aren’t always visible, but when they are its pleasing to see :)

There should be Ramayana study guides. Unfortunately, most see it as just a study of Lord Rama rescuing Sita, when it is in fact littered with philosophical and theological gems throughout the epic!
