So morals change? Why?

Doesn't;t that open the door to any human insisting they have the newest version of morality? Look at suicide bombers exploiting this loophole. Can you say they are wrong? Maybe they are doing God's will and you are living with obsolete morals, possible?
God gives us prophets so we know what we need to focus on in our time and situation. If we hold to them we are more guided. Our head prophet, besides Jesus Christ, is Russel M. Nelson.

If you keep the commandments and try to understand God instead of judging, I think you will be better off.
Slaves were supposed to be treated well.
Why would I keep commandments from a God whom I find to be immoral?

I don't care if "slaves were supposed to be treated well," they were still human beings owned as property. That's immoral. Also, where does it actually say "slaves were supposed to be treated well?" Because apparently, the Bible also says you can beat your slaves as long as they don't die within a few days. Do you think that's moral or an example of slaves being treated well? Also, said slaves were to be taken from the "heathens around you." Do you think that's moral too?

Why do you believe these immoral things are moral? Because the Bible says so? Where is your moral compass?

Genocide because humanity was destroying itself anyway.
The same humanity that God created? Do you think it's moral for a parent to kill their child because the child was "destroying itself anyway?"

People change, not God. Slaves were supposed to be treated very well. We still have slavery when someone has to take a job.
Actually, your God's morals change, as you just acknowledged.
Could you answer the question in light of that please?

Being employed is not slavery in any sense of the word. My employer does not own me as property, nor does anyone else's.
That's an equivocation fallacy.

For now, just worry about your own morality and not God's.

People were always commanded to love each other.

I'm not concerned about my own morality. I have a moral compass.

I'm concerned about people who espouse Biblical morality because they believe it comes from some God.

We're talking about God's supposed morality here. The morality you say you, and everyone should follow. Or should I say, immorality.
