It's dopey conservatives who've been whining about the supposed dangers of violent video games (to misdirect from guns) and drag shows, which is indeed stupid, illogical, grasping at straws, etc.
Hence my point: drag shows (when the target audience is kids and families) are no more harmful than the old Bugs Bunny episodes where he dressed in drag.

Of course they do, but you wouldn't ask unless you thought you were making some sort of point.
At drag queen story time, the clowns usually stay outside, hold signs, and shout at people. The idea of other people having fun that they don't understand frightens and confuses them.
