Shravanam- listening,
Keertanam- singing in praise .
Smaranam- Remembering god
Paad sevanam- Offering service to guru ,to temple and comunity
Archanam- Performing pooja offerings of respect to god and good people.
Vandanam- homage to the feet of the lord.
Daasyam- continual Selfless service to god.
Sakhyam- loving friendship with god , without thought for personal gain .
Atmanivedanam- total surrender to god .

@ what is "Ajaapa jaap" ?
Jaap means.. to chant,
Ajaap means.. not to chant,
Ajaapa jaap means.. the one which is being chanted without being chanted.
Thus.. when refering to "Ajaapa jaap" GURBANI is refering to get an connection with this "Ajaapa jaap" or "Divine Sound" or "Word" which is preasent inside everybody. this "Ajaapa jaap" is the subject of listening insted of chanting.
