Do Berbers in Algeria have the right to attack Arabs with knives?

Lol, i don't know now what's the difference between ignorance and stupidity.

Tareq bin Ziyad is A Muslim Arabian who's a Berber.
Berbers are an ethnic group and they do exist everywhere, not to mention the famous french Algerian
player Zinedine Zidane, try another one to find excuses for the crimes of Israel.

I wasn't trying to find excuses for anything - Israel's crimes are inexcusable.

I am aware of who Berbers are, and have met Berbers.

Would you answer my question on the Holocaust?

I am still eager to understand: @Godobeyer and @FearGod - how many people were killed in the Holocaust? It will be helpful to see the extent of your understanding of this very important aspect of the background of the State of Israel.
That's not Palestinians problem today .

That's suppose to be a BIG lesson to ALL Jews , to not be a racist against the others.

I don't think you understood what I said. I said, Arabs are the ones that build the homes and Israel is the one who allows it, just like they did in Abu Ghosh or any other town in Israel.
You talking about "allow" permission ?

I am talking about building towns by Israel !!!

Israel built towns for Jews , but not for Arabs.

Are you serious? Arabs are blowing themselves and other Arabs up all over the Middle East.
Let's keep it in Palestinians ,I expected that you will say this

Apparently the Arabs residents of Israeli Abu Ghosh disagree with you. And they seem to have more experience with Israel than you do
It's not fair that a town or single person represent millions of people.

Thanks for answering man.

Yes. Should be a lesson to all of us. There are huge numbers of Jews who aren't racist. But many are, and that's not OK.

Palestinians can also learn a great deal about racism and its ill-effects - being humans, they too have their prejudices.

You welcome , you know me I can answser to any question honestly :)

Palestinians getting the lesson from racism as Jews got lesson from racism from Nazi .

Should Holocaust become as reason to some Westerners (especially politic) to not condemn Israel for their crime and occupying !

Remember guys, different language medias will probably cater to different sides of this debate.

The Arabic language media very strongly emphasises one side of this story and not the other. So remember misinformation.

I only asked because so many people do deny the Holocaust, which puts them far outside reasonable discussion IMO.

No, it should not excuse anything.

Although of course the Holocaust was of far greater severity than the plight of the Palestinians, deplorable though the latter is.

What source of media suppose to credible/neutral in this case ?

What source of media suppose to credible/neutral in this case ?

None. Partake of a variety. For statistics and facts, look to reputable agencies and thinktanks.

This is the advantage of going to English language media. It's the world's most spoken language, and so there's the greatest variety of viewpoints - you can find all sides represented in English. In Arabic, it's far more one-sided.

Also, look to facts and let them speak for themselves. Be critically-minded. Discuss openly with those of other views, with different experiences. I was much more skewed towards the anti-Israel side before I had the chance to discuss with people of opposing views, and saw how reasonable a lot of what they were saying really was. The media around me had rather fed me one side of the conflict.

Hence I am in the middle :)

If you disagree then we'll be lost.
Actually i would be surprised if you had to agree, get lost with your stupid view.
A soldier killing a wounded person that can't even move and you're making an inhumane and
stupid excuses, indeed disgusting humanity.
Get off your high horse: if this was a muslim palestinian finishing off a wounded jewish israeli soldier you'd not only defend him, you would cheer him.

Most of Arab citizens of Israel face racism, that's what politic leaders said .

Does the Jews whom living now in Arab countries face racism and unjustice ?

There is racism, yes. But they are not subject to "daily killing" and are equal before the law. There are Arabs in high positions of authority in Israel.

Yes, there is a great deal of anti-Semitism in the Arab world. A very large proportion of the Jewish population of Israel are Mizrahi and Yemenite Jews who fled to Israel, or whose parents/grandparents fled to Israel, after expulsion and discrimination in countries like Yemen, Iraq and Egypt.

In Saudi Arabia if you become a Jew, you are killed. If you are a Jew travelling to Saudi Arabia and have a Torah with you, you are killed.

Here's an article.

This section gets across the salient points in our discussion:

When one looks at who supports the Palestinians in Europe – and it is clear that the Palestinians do indeed have rights that need to be addressed – one sees that they don’t care about anything else: not the Armenians, not the Cypriot-Greek issue, not what’s happening in Western Sahara. Only one thing interests them, and I cannot accept that.

“We also need to remember,” he continues “that Israel took a self-righteous stance in that period, and it was very difficult to voice criticism about its behavior. In the meantime, a generation of ‘new historians’ sprang up in Israel, such as Benny Morris, who took a realistic view of history. As in every country, there are dark areas in Israel which need to be examined. But has there been any country in history without dark corners that were kept hidden? This process is underway in Israel today – but where are the Palestinian ‘new historians’? To emerge from the tangle, the Palestinians must show courage and choose the path of coexistence with the Israelis. This is a task that only they can perform for themselves.”

‘It wasn’t Zionism’

In 1945, Weinstock notes, almost one million Jews lived in the Arab world, whereas today there are about 4,500, the great majority of them in Morocco. According to Weinstock, there is no precedent for such a dramatic termination of Jewish communities anywhere in the world, including during the Holocaust. What, then, brought about the massive departure of Jews from the Arab countries? It was not Zionism that disconnected the Jews from their surroundings, he says. On the contrary: In most cases, the Zionist movement had a hard time mustering supporters. Jews also tried to become part of the Arab national-liberation movements. For example, the chief rabbi of Egypt during the mid-20th century, Chaim Nahum, often spoke out against Zionism; in Iraq, Jewish communists founded the Anti-Zionist League. Activist Jewish communists in North Africa expressed solidarity with the Maghreb peoples and were in the forefront of the demand for national liberation.

Weinstock cites a large number of attacks and pogroms against Jewish communities that are rarely mentioned in history curricula in Israel. In 1912, 12 Jews were killed in Shiraz, Iran, and 51 were killed that year in Fez, Morocco. In 1934, 25 Jews were killed in the Algerian city of Constantine.

In Iraq, 150 Jews were murdered in the Farhud of 1941, a three-day pogrom. Seven years later, upon Israel’s establishment, Iraq declared martial law and launched a wave of anti-Jewish persecutions. Many Jews were arrested, tried and convicted, some were sentenced to death, others were given jail terms or slapped with large fines. At this stage, the Jews were forbidden to leave the country, but in March 1950 Iraq allowed the Jews to emigrate, provided they gave up their citizenship and their property.

“The ongoing deterioration in the Jews’ situation and the atmosphere of hate surrounding them led to a mass flight from the country,” Weinstock writes.

The majority of the Jewish population (90 percent of the community of 150,000) left that year, amid a massive plundering of their property by the authorities.

In Egypt, anti-Jewish disturbances broke out in November 1945, on the anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, but the declaration of the State of Israel three years later triggered serious persecution. Hundreds of Jews were arrested, accused of involvement in Zionist or communist plots and had their property confiscated. Continuous attacks on Jews began that June. Bombs were planted in the Jewish quarter of Cairo, and it and the Jewish section of Alexandria were set ablaze. Half the country’s Jewish community left at that time, with the remainder being expelled during the Sinai War of 1956. The Jews who were driven out were not allowed to take with or sell their property.

But could they reach all positions ?, I doubt about that.

There is almost dailly killing or arresting or demolish home toward the Arabs in West Bank and Gaza .

It's like when West hated the Nazis because of it's racist.

For Yemens or Iraqis Jews and other countries , There is civil war so they decide to go out .
There is some in Moroco and Tunisia and Iran , I believe they in general live in equal with all rights and justice.

In Saudi Arabia if you become a Jew, you are killed. If you are a Jew travelling to Saudi Arabia and have a Torah with you, you are killed.
Thats true , despite that I guess both goverments are made a secret peace !
