My family is friends a man who was in WWII. He was taken as a prison of war by the Nazis. He was taken in the battle of the bulge he was forced to do an 160 mile march with no food. He was forced to help with the mass execution of the Jews. He was tortured by Nazis. I never heard him call for Gays to be hung or for Germans to be hated. My father fought in WWII his brother was killed in peril harbor. He fought Japanese saw many of his friends die. He never thought that we should hate people from the Shinto faith.

There is just something wrong with his head, maybe it caused by stress, or his fundamentalist faith, maybe it's just the way he is wired. He is ill don't make excuses for him. It's wrong to hate. Many people have had bad experiences and they don't sink this low.

Every verse has a Context , out of which it can mean anything and everthing...what do you think the scholars spend their lives studying ?!

You do not have to pity me sister on iraq. I do not think you have the concept of ONE NATION in islam in you.

Allah has given me the wisdom to see through the onslot of all the muslim nations and do not base my knowledge on HATE becasue of such event. You belittle the muslim strength of wisdom.

I wish the Australian troops would leave. They should let muslims help themselves. I don't like that our boys get shot at for defending engineers trying to rebuild these countries.

That happened here too. 70% of Australia was against the war in Iraq but our government behaved undemocratically and sent troops anyway. I was in high school at the time and many students, myself included, disobeyed the rules and walked out of school early to protest against the war knowing that we would get into trouble for it.

please read 55:26 & 55:27 from Qur'an. i can not find perfectly correct translation on-line. here's what i found;

55:26 Everyone that is thereon will pass away 55:27 There remaineth but the Countenance of thy Lord of Might and Glory.

11:108 And as to those who are made happy, they shall be in the garden, abiding in it as long as the heavens and the earth endure, except as your Lord please; a gift which shall never be cut off.

according to our teachings, people remain in heaven and hell as long as they endure, except as God please...if God will them to end, they end

The second highlight is wrong translation you have and my arabic and other english translation says "UNLESS" if Allah swt wishes. Hellfire and Paradise is eternal "UNLESS" he wish to change it and not "as long as"

yes, no problem. i am not willing to judge you or anything. i just say whatever i say because there've been Muslims since 14th century. if Muslims are giving this reactions to Western nations and authorities, their motivation for anger is not just religious. IMO it is unfair to ignore it
