1. unpleasant or disgusting, as to the senses
2. causing anger or annoyance; insulting
3. for the purpose of attack rather than defence
4. the offensive an attitude or position of aggression
5. (Military) an assault, attack, or military initiative, esp a strategic one
And you both should be happy to know the word offensive applies to you on 2 counts. Both number 1 and number two so to keep it simple for you offensive simpletons to understand
