A functioning opposition would have insisted that the UK close its borders to unnecessary travel, insisted that all those that had to return to the UK were quarantined and insisted that all those CCP infected migrants crossing the English Channel were never allowed to set foot on UK soil.

Opposition cannot 'insist' anything. It is down to the Government to make decisions; this crew have been in power for 10-years now, only one party to blame about immigration policy.
