That said, do you value reproductive freedom, secularism, scientific literacy, quality education, equality, human rights, civil liberties, accountability and justice, affordable healthcare, workers' rights, consumers' rights, environmental and ecological conservation? Or would you prefer a repressive 3rd world theocracy steeped in bigoty and science denial? May I ask a personal question? That's just making excuses. Economics is the x coordinate with the left side being LW economic philosophies with Socialism/Communism at the far end amd RW economics at the other with the Minarchist Capitalism and Anarchist-Capitalism being at the far right end.
The Y coordinate, up is social control with authoritarianism being at the top amd libertarianism being at the bottom.

And yet it is how all the other modern nations on the planet have managed to provide universal health care for all their citizens at HALF THE COST of the screwed up, price-gouging, bankruptcy-causing, hit-and-miss health care system in the U.S.,. And it will be how the nations of the world, including the U.S., will manage to provide decent housing for all their citizens at a reasonable cost (if this ever happens). And the same will be true of transportation and communication, and everything else we humans must have in a modern society to survive and thrive.

Because the more we need them, the more the capitalists will price-gouge the crap out of us all to get them. Because a fundamental need creates a monopoly for whomever can provide them. And the whole point of creating monopolies in a capitalist system is to use them to exploit the crap out of everyone that needs something.

Way richer than you, dumping toxins and polluting the community. That was the richest man I've known. He owned an entire street court and all the land around it. And his house isn't the biggest I've stayed in (that was a castle) but the bathroom was still bigger than most dining rooms and it was all handicap accessible so it was the most comfortable and easiest to get around house I've been in.

It's just class warfare. To argue against high income
& wealth, they must demonize that class. Pretend
they're all evil, they all abuse workers, they all wreck

I can demonstrate you that most African countries are underdevelopped because of Capitalism.
Especially Western Africa, and also Nigeria. If socialism broke out in those countries, they would immensely improve their own lives, and people wouldn't have to migrate to other countries.
The evils of Capitalism destroyed the African society since the 19th century when evil European Capitalists (from any country, including mine) colonized Africa and exploited their materials and natural resources.

So If I (a foreign mining operation) create, arm and fund a marxist rebel group, to overthrown an existing govt, they successfully orchestrate a coup, the marxist regime takes power (funded by me) and I keep them funded and heavily armed for decades so they can keep the population from revolting, and the regime lives in luxury while I loot the resources with no obstacles ...
