Charlie Hebdo to attack Muslims again

This is not about what a few Muslims has done, this thread is about Charlie he do and their drawings

Off course it is about what those muslims have done.
Which is why you create a thread about this one insignificant magazine - which, btw, was utterly unknown outside of France until those muslims made it famous all over the world.

It's also why you aren't creating threads about South Park and Jesus.

But it seem that since I support the right to be a Muslim with the rules a Muslim live by, I am the bad one in RF right now.
But your OP is not talking about the right to be a Muslim and to live by Muslim rules. You are saying that non-Muslims should abide by Muslim rules. Specifically that we are obligated not to draw pictures of Mohammed.

I did not expect when I made the OP that everybody would attack me personally. But it happens.
Your statement is being criticized. I don't know why someone who considers having their statements criticized as an attack would be on a debate forum, but that is your affair. Has anyone in this discussion threatened violence upon you for saying things that they strongly oppose? Things that hurt their feelings?

I do not support attacks on anyone, I support Islam as a religious path those who wish can follow. And I am against caricature of Muhammad
OK then, in that case please explicitly condemn the murderous attack that happened in the offices of that newspaper, and declare that such spilling blood over hurt feelings is never right

Would you be willing to condemn/declare those things right here and right now?

I am not being threaten like that no, but a good portion of the comments could be taken as a hate toward my GF because of her religion

All I have said is that Charlie he do should never made that drawing, that is what is bothering me, I do of course not support those Muslims who are killing or harming others, but this thread was about thedrawing and those who created it.

It's a DRAWING.

Why on earth does a DRAWING get you so bend our of shape?

I condemn any killing no matter who do it.

The one who do killing, yes of course they must really study more, 99% of Muslims are not like them
I do not agree how you phrase this: "they who kill must study more". That is bull. They who kill must be charged

These type of replies just feel very bad, and I can not imagine that it is just me, being too sensitive here

I get the feeling that you are not grounded in reality, when you say such things

First things first. You kill, you are a criminal and that must be said/charged

No, that is not what you are supporting with this thread.
Instead, what you are supporting is the right of muslims to IMPOSE their religious rules on NON muslims.

Nobody here is advocating to strip people of their right to be muslims and live their life according to their own religious rules. Muslims are more then welcome to be muslims. They are more then welcom to not do things that is prohibited by their religion. They are most certainly NOT welcome to impose THEIR religious rules on the rest of us.

After you censor what magazines and cartoonists can and can not print, what's next? Forcing butches and grossery stores to exclusively sell hallal food, because the pork chops might offend some muslim?

Again, respect goes both ways. You are advocating for a one-directional way. Sorry, no.

That statement is so vague as to be meaningless. Your taking them as hate is not the same as their being hate.

I know your girlfriend is not like that.

Even my favorite Master of a century ago, Shirdi Sai Baba (who is no different from Sathya Sai Baba, according to Sathya Sai Baba) is a Muslim, so you don't hear me talk negative about "real" Islam. It's always nice if my Guru comes in my dreams, but it's a nightmare if He comes in my dream to correct me. And talking negative about "real" Islam might be just enough for a big nightmare.

We just need to keep the right focus. First things first. Those Muslims are the only ones who were "really" wrong. Of course we should not on purpose hurt others. But come on, we live in our culture, 5000-10000 km away from the "Islam World". We are all free and grown ups (I thought)

So those Muslims should grow up spiritually.

I do not advocate that Islam should be everywhere, I say it is to much hate toward Muslims in today's world. The hate should be toward the terrorists, not the common Muslim.
