Do people still believe everyone decended from Adam and Eve?

Are there still people in the 21st century that believe all humans are descendents from Adam and Eve, only two people?

Wouldn't that mean that when they had children, to have more children,,,
-the dad/mom had to sleep with their son/daughter,,,
-brother/sisters slept together,,,
-aunts/uncles slept with nephews/nieces
-etc.

If not can some logically explain how they populated the earth without doing any of that?
By the way, all of that is forbidden in the bible

I can explain the Jewish perspective of how this works out from the Hebrew text and also ancient Jewish sources.

1. Jewish sources point to Adam and Hawwah (the Hebrew text does not contain the name Eve) had twins with each child. I.e. each male child had a twin sister.
   • There are Jewish texts that state that Kain was born with a twin sister and Abel had two twin sisters.
   • They married their sisters.
   • This process was allowed for that generation to start the process of populating the earth.
   • After that point 1st cousins could marry since it not forbidden.
2. Prior to the giving of the Torah to the Israelis/Jews at Mount Sinai, there were a set of laws called the 6 mitzvoth that were given for Adam and his descendants.
   • The rules of marriage for all humans were given in those mitzvoth.
   • The rules of persmissible marriage for non-Jews is less strict than for Jews.
   • Leviticus, that you quoted, are the rules for Israelis/Jews not for non-Jews.
3. When the Torah was given at Mount Sinai to the Israeli/Jewish nation, the Israelis/Jews of that generation accepted a distinct set of social rules/mitzvoth that are different than the ones for the rest of the world.
   • These additional rules include rules of how Jews must marry, who Jews are allowed and not allowed to marry, etc.
   • For example, after the giving of the Torah Israelis/Jews are not allowed to marry two sisters. Before the giving of the Torah A non-Jewish man can marry two sisters.

No, I don't believe that all of our genes came from Adam and Eve. The earth was already populated when Adam and Eve arrived. In fact the "crafty beast" had already fallen. Cain found a wife in the land of Nod.
