Well...if you don't want anyone to speak on your behalf....okay.....

But to stand before angels and declare God to be...insecure?
Are you sure this works for you?

what angels?

who made YOU my judge?

i'll worry about myself thnx
and do the best that i can do by staying clear from fear

1 timothy 2:5

again who appointed you the mediator?

ahhh the art of cherry picking

And you are assuming no one will be called upon to bear testimony of you?

What...cherries too sour?.....want some sugar?

if all you can do at this point is resort to name calling, then we know whos won this debate.

This isn't the high school debate team.

You say you don't like imaginative responses.

Imagination is the problem solving part of your mind.
There are no problems you can solve without it.

Any Good Parent would tell you to use your head.

any good parent would lead by example...and not resort to name calling
name calling is evidence of insecurity

you are right we aren't high school, so why the name calling?

Criticism is sometimes needful.
Too bad if you don't like it.

God is a good example to follow.
Are you an example of ...following?

Criticism is sometimes needful.

Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful. - Proverbs 27:6

Often our critics are the ones who care the most about us. A coach who stops coaching, is a coach who has given up hope for their team. If someone’s bellowing at you to do better, it means they still have faith that you can do better.

lets see here,

you appointed yourself to be the meditator between me and the god of your fairy tale, i pointed out in 1 timothy 2:5 "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"
apparently you have a problem with this passage
i would say you don't like criticism
and thusly start name calling people...tisk tisk

you have proven yourself to be a very bad example
why must you continue to be self defeating?

just curious

how do you presume to know the supposed creator of all?
by a book that is filled with irreconcilable blunders?

It amuses me how some people think they are such buddies with the god of the Bible they know exactly what it is thinking!

Laugh all you want to.

Perhaps you might review this thread.

ah, this coming from someone who cherry picks scripture to conform to their ideas of a god who is portrayed as a sexist, insecure, hateful, tyrannical...monster?

yeah i think the sour ones are ignored or justified in some manner of denial
"oooh that one looks like it needs to be dipped in chocolate to mask the bitter taste in my mouth"

Books are nice, but there are better ways to get to know Him...

if you learn how to love, you can get to know Him...
(New Testament | 1 John4:8)
8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

we come to know Him through our actions... not really from reading a book.

through the Holy Spirit you can get to know Him...
(New Testament | John14:26)
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things...

Spiritual experiences are much more powerful than reading a book...

I agree, books / scriptures have lots of issues, are imperfect, and are not the best tool for learning things imo.

so you're saying that hallucinations and schizophrenia are good ways to get to know the creator of everything? sounds fascinating.

i don't understand how you can say such things really,
you don't know me...as a parent i know what unconditional love is
do you? i do not need to read about some jealous insecure god in your bible to show me what love is
and why then, give me scripture from a book that you say is imperfect?

your reply is self defeating because you come off pompously
where is the humility in saying such things?
