I'm not going to go over the same old crap with you that I've already addressed. I told you: Alpha wave activity increases with meditation, putting the brain in a state of rest, which is consistent with turning off thinking, and entering into a higher state of conscious awareness. Many people meditate and gain a calm disposition as a result, but this is only the surface of meditation. It can lead to a higher state of consciousness as well.

Which is why I use a deeper state in the theta state, which is deeper then meditation in the alpha state. By the way the alpha state is in your brain not you navel.

You're not getting it: alpha waves emitted from the brain come about as a result of focusing on the hara or on the breath VIA FOCUSED CONSCIOUSNESS, and NOT by THINKING OR BRAIN ACTIVITY. Thinking and brain activity are quieted down so consciousness can come into play.
