End Times?

FearGod

Freedom Of Mind
There is much talk today on the subject of end times, especially among Christians and Muslims. With this in mind I would like to invite my friends on this forum, whether they be Christian, Muslim, Hindu, or whatever faith or tradition you follow to share with us your views on this subject.

I believe we're living the end times, the born of the state of Israel and the recent destruction
of Syria aren't just coincidences.

If you are interested in a detailed answer about the End Times and those events soon to come, I would advise finding a copy of:

The Great Controversy by Ellen G. White.

I have heard of her and will check it out. Thanks for the info. Was she one of the early Seventh Day Adventist?

Death is a bad thing but it's a fact that we can't escape, the end times i believe is a similar thing.

Your end will come.

But not humanities because of mythology.

No one has who ever made a predication EVER has been correct, and factually ALL dead wrong.

I have several copies. I give them out to people whenever I am moved to do so.

I hope you read it. In that book is everything you need to know about facing these last days.

I am going to read it starting today. Maybe we can have some good discussion when I finish. ;)

Care to explain? Would love to hear about it. Are you claiming that EGW set a date about something? Do tell.

You said something is soon to come.

That means you now join the ranks of other who have made this error because your claim is not substantiated. You don't have a clue about the future beyond a wild imaginative guess

This rhetoric is coming up again  there is no credibility here.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ellen_G._White

Canright claimed that she had a “complication of hysteria, epilepsy, catalepsy, and ecstasy” and stated that her “visions were merely the result of her early misfortune".

Paediatrician Delbert H. Hodder claimed to have looked into it and diagnosed her with temporal lobe epilepsy in 1981 and again in 1984 by Molleurus Couperus, a retired dermatologist

Critics (who left the church) also accused Ellen White of plagiarism.

Racism

Some critics[98] claim that Ellen White also wrote statements that might be construed as racist in her book Spiritual Gifts.

"Every species of animal which God had created were preserved in the ark. The confused species which God did not create, which were the result of amalgamation, were destroyed by the flood. Since the flood there has been amalgamation of man and beast, as may be seen in the almost endless varieties of species of animals, and in certain races of men."[99]

Sir,, you are welcome to post things that others claim to be the truth. You are only showing me your lack of reason, judgment, and study.

Many, like you, have mocked EGW as a retard with a third grade education.....lol.... Yet,,if any of those people would read more than 3 pages of her writings, they would reaching for a dictionary.

So,,,, you are drinking the kool-aid of the enemy,, and deciding it's just fine,, and the truth you reject.

No rhetoric from me. I'm not a Seventh Day Adventist myself, but if I want to have an intelligent conversation about a subject I would like to know something about their beliefs. The link I provided gives instant access to the author that Mr. Beebe mentioned. I will read it and then decide what I agree or disagree with.
