Planet Fitness is a private fitness club/business.
Ergo the law you reference and claim is arguable in this situation is not at all arguable. PF isn't a college, it isn't an athletic organization, it's straightforward with its lockerroom policy.

Well, change is the nature of life, and often for the better if and when we recognise such, so I have no issues with people changing what they might be born with if they live a better life for doing so - no matter how others might look upon such. I'm not going to be judging others especially when I am just an average male with 'normal' sexual preferences. And I'm in my late 70s, so I have had to witness quite a number of changes.
