Hadith (Sayings of the Prophet pbuh)

[Cordoba]

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

[FONT=Arial,Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif]"Whoever possesses the following three qualities will have the sweetness (delight) of faith: [/FONT]

[FONT=Arial,Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif]1. The one to whom Allah and His Apostle becomes dearer than anything else.

2. Who loves a person and he loves him only for Allah's sake. [/FONT]

[FONT=Arial,Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif]3. Who hates to revert to disbelief as he hates to be thrown into the fire." [/FONT]

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

Abu Dharr (Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) told what Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, had said:

O My servants, you commit error night and day, and I am there to pardon your sins, so beg pardon from Me so that I should grant you pardon.

[FONT=Arial,Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif]“A Muslim never gives a fellow Muslim a better gift than wisdom through which God increases him in guidance or turns him away from harmful behavior.” [/FONT]

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

[FONT=Arial,Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif]"Whosoever visits an ailing person or a brother of his to seek the Pleasure of Allah, an announcer (angel) calls out: [/FONT]

[FONT=Arial,Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif]`May you be happy, may your walking be blessed, and may you be awarded a dignified position in Paradise'".[/FONT]

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

[FONT=Arial,Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif]“If a Muslim consoles his brother during some crisis, God will adorn him in garments of grace on the Day of Judgment.” [/FONT]

(Hadith in Sunan Ibn Majah)

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

[FONT=Arial,Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif]"Were you not to commit sins, Allah would create people who would commit sins and ask for forgiveness and He would forgive them".[/FONT]

(Hadith in Sahih Muslim)

Note: This hadith is very important in understanding the Mercy and Forgiveness of God.

He is The Most Merciful, and when a believer repents He forgives.

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

[FONT=Arial,Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif]"A Muslim has five duties towards another Muslim; to return a salutation, visit the sick, follow funerals, accept an invitation and say 'God have mercy on you' when one sneezes."[/FONT]

[FONT=Arial,Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif]In Paradise there is a gate called al-Rayyan. Those who have fasted will enter by it on the Day of Resurrection. [/FONT]

[FONT=Arial,Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif]There will be an announcement asking, "Where are those who have fasted?" Then they will get up, and none but they will enter by that gate. As soon as they have entered, the gate will be closed and no one else will enter that way." [/FONT]

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:
