[Daniyal]

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said:

[FONT=Arial,Geneva,Verdana,Sans-Serif]Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the worst of false tales; and do not look for faults in others, and do not spy, and do not be jealous of one another, and do not desert (cut your relations with) one another, and do not hate one another; and O God's worshipers! Be brothers (as God has ordered you)!" [/FONT]

(Hadith in Sahih Al-Bukhari)

This is one of my favourite Hadiths.

Sahih Al-Bukhari, 3:624

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is oppressed." People asked, "…It is right to help him if he is oppressed, but how should we help him if he is an oppressor?" The Prophet said, "By preventing him from oppressing others."

Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 8

A person once asked the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): "What is faith?" The Prophet replied: "When a good deed becomes a source of pleasure for you and an evil deed becomes a source of disgust, then you are a believer." He was then asked: "What is a sin?" The Prophet said: "When something pricks your conscience, give it up."

The similitude of mine and that of the Prophets (before me) is that of a person who constructed a building and he built it fine and well and the people went round it saying: Never have we seen a building more imposing than this, but for one brick, and I am that brick (with which you give the finishing touch to the building).

"There has come to you Ramadan, a blessed month, in which Allah has made it obligatory to fast.

During it the gates of Paradise are opened and the gates of Hellfire are closed, and the rebellious devils are chained.

In it is a night (Laylatul-Qadr) which is better than a thousand months. He who is deprived of its good truly has been deprived."
